August 2021 I purchased a Mercedes E Class Hybrid Estate from C & V Cars. They were very helpful in preparing the car for my brother to collect. On receipt of the car it was totally as described. I just wished I lived closer so I could use their service again.

After being badly let down by the Mercedes main dealer in Cambridge I asked Marcus of C&V, Swavesey to investigate a problem on my car. He was quickly able to diagnose and fix the fault for a very reasonable price. C&V are an independent Mercedes specialist who seem to know more about Mercedes cars and their problems and solutions than the two main Mercedes dealers I've tried. Moreover C&V provide excellent customer service at a much more affordable price.

This garage ruined my pre-paid service pack with BMW. I needed engine oil and filter service for my 320d. I explicitly requested the car's mileage NOT to be reset because a pre-paid service at BMW dealer was due in about 10K miles. Despite a double reminder these people did reset the on-board computer. Thus I lost the right on my pre-paid service pack as the new setting will take me 10K miles beyond the end of the contract. Although I insisted for a refund or repair of the setting neither one was accepted by the garage. I would advise to avoid this irresponsible service provider.
