2021 The staff are so helpful and friendly, we will definitely buy our next campervan from here. 2022 edit. Came to sign for our CV80 today and had a Sunday roast lunch, the beef was cooked beautifully and we really enjoyed our meal at the on-site restaurant.

We have had 5 motorhomes from brownhills, we kept changing as I'm disabled it was the case of finding the right one to suit. We had a few problems with one of our motorhomes, ( they have all been used, as this is what we can afford). The problems we had was dealt with and we was very satisfied with the outcome. When we first joined brownhills club members we thought we was just getting a motorhome?

How wrong was we. We have met some amazing people both staff and customers, whom we now can quite genuinely call them our brownhills family. It's the only motorhome place what we know who put on 3 fantastic shows 3 times a year, with a little food included, plus there fabulous overnight stay area where we can all meet up. We personally cannot fault brownhills and can't thank them enough for quite literally changing our lives.

Thank you to all the staff with their bubbly smiles and help and support with everything. Keep up this amazing work what you all do. Even managers roll their sleeves up and serve drinks on show weekends. Fantastic all round guys x

Very helpful finding a replacement spring for our motorhome lock. Also I dropped my credit card. Carole on reception kindly posted it to me by recorded delivery saving a 60 mile round trip. What stars!

Didn't buy anything but the staff are very helpful. Show room is one of the best I have visited. Certainly will call again and maybe secure a deal on a new motorhome one day soon

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had an ongoing issue with a warranty claim now for the last 4/5 months. Been there 3 times and now they need to see it again! for a simple shower rail fix, I would have expected it fixed on-site immediately not to have to spend on diesel ferrying the van around and not to mention the time off work!

We bought a motorhome in December from Brownhills and the service we have had has been outstanding. We have just spent 2 nights at there overnight stay facility and that was also a fabulous experience toilet/shower were spotless and the added addition of the use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna was amazing. All of the staff members that we have been involved with have been very professional and helpful.

Brownhill's itself was really good. However at this moment in time there didn't seem to be many second hand vehicles. I guess people are enjoying their get aways in their holiday homes. The staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to leave me to my own devices, as I'd asked them to. I felt the accessories store was well stocked with both parts and leisure items. The staff were also friendly. I'd have loved a coffee and breakfast in their restaurant but unfortunately it was cash only and I'd only got my bank card. That'll teach me .

Plenty of motorhomes new and used. Motorhomes open so you can browse at your leisure. Staff very helpful when approached but don't bother you at all. Lovely cafe onsite too

I somehow managed to email these guys from a website but containing another dealers part numbers. Ironically the part numbers matched. and led to a confusing conversation and ultimately into a sale. Their knowledge is second to none and they certainly went the extra mile during the Pandemic. I found their prices were cheaper on a like for like basis compared to our local dealer and they were more willing to answer questions and spend the time assuring me.

Didn't realise the item we wanted to buy would be from the "parts" department and not accessories. A bit of a wasted journey. The motorhome showroom is well lit and well set. There are no pushy sales people, which makes a welcome change. Plenty of seating to rest whilst the other half is having a second look. Dogs are allowed in the showroom, but I do wish their owners would pick up after them!
