Rufford Garage

Purchased a van from here earlier this year, as soon as took delivery it was in and out of the garage for several weeks - seat belts not bolted properly / gear shift problems / list goes on - but still I stuck with it. As soon as the warranty ran out additional problems occurred and they didn't want to know telling me to go elsewhere, leading into a total van breakdown!

I've taken the van to a reputable dealer and had full diagnostic tests carried out and there's 9 pages of fault codes! It's going to cost a small island to put right so many thanks Sean for your kind words and for me purchasing from a so called reputable local dealer. I should have gone overseas and purchased a TUK TUK!

I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Vogue SE from Rufford Garage just before Christmas and this review is late purely because I've been so busy enjoying the vehicle. The experience from start to finish was simply faultless and George in particular made the buying experience so easy and re-assuring. As someone who is very picky with regards to the condition of any vehicle, I was initially reluctant to purchase over the phone without seeing the car in person (tier 3 restrictions) however George produced tailored and very high quality videos of both the exterior and interior and was very honest with his description which led to me placing a deposit right away.

When I was able to see the car in person for the first time it was exactly as described and there was absolutely no pressure applied to complete the sale and I was given time and space to make my own assessment. I came across one or two minor issues (squeaky pan roof & low key fob battery) during the test drive but both of these minor points were rectified without question ahead of final collection the following week, as well as a full service using genuine Land Rover parts. Simply a wonderful experience from start to finish and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

I purchased an Audi A6 via an advert I saw on autotrader, From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by George who showed me around the car. I instantly took a liking to the car and agreed the purchase. Paper word was drafted up in half an hour and George asked me to come the following week to collect my car. In the mean time a mot was done on the car, a service was carried out and they saw a small leak on one of the pipes which they fixed before handing me the car.
