After almost 19 years of operating from our purpose built showroom retail premises in the town centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire we have recently moved to a new storage and distribution centre on Trentham Lakes, near the Britannia Stadium of Stoke City Football Club.

One Year on after taking delivery of this stunning OG M2. I made an enquiry to the Brittle Group one Saturday evening and Richard was straight back to say car was still available, deal done on the Monday and Richard had it trailer delivered to my door, definitely recommend especially if your looking for something a bit special.

I decided to treat myself and started looking for an Aston Martin DB11. I was browsing on line and a great example came up under Brittle Motor Group. I enquired at around 21.30 on Sunday evening and was struck by a quick reply from the owner. The car is already on my drive, 4.5 days later! Very impressive personal service where nothing gets in the way of completing a good deal. Great insurance recommendation too! All in all this is what car buying should be like!

Cant recommend more, Richard and the team are really responsive and customer focused, they deliver a service that is aligned to the brand of cars they are selling. Overall the car was presented in a fantastic condition. The car had an issue, was picked up from london and returned and fixed efficiently and flexibly keeping my dynamic calendar in mind. Pre-owned cars will hold some surprises and you need some one you can rely on to react with empathy and speed, when issues come up and Richard and team gave me that confidence. I would happily trade with and recommend Richard.

After selling my Bentley convertible that I purchased for my birthday last year I decided to look around and treat myself to a Rolls Royce for this years birthday. When I saw the Rolls Royce Wraith that was being advertised by Brittle Motor Group Limited it was love at first sight. I travelled by train to Stoke-on-Trent and was picked up by the owner of the company Richard and taken to view the Rolls Royce, it was everything I expected it to be and more which included the Wraith package.
I cannot recommend this company more highly as any issues I had afterwards were dealt with professionally and efficiently. In essence I received a Rolls Royce service from this motor company.

Second car from these guys. The first time around they were so kind and picked me up from the station, in the snow, even though it took us 45 minutes to get back. We were all still smiling. Hospitality in here is absolutely spot on! They have a really nice selection of cars all the time. No messing around here, they have better things to do than waste your time. They're also enthusiastic about their own cars which is a great sign. Put it this way, it feels like you're doing business with your mates

Recently bought a RR Phantom from Brittle Motor Group. Fantastic buying experience with Richard and the team. The car is a great example, superb condition and was reasonably priced. Great communication and attention to details whilst I was considering the purchase, including providing flexibility to accommodate viewing and arrange delivery. After sales service has been excellent. Would highly recommend. so refreshing to find a dealer who truly knows the meaning of 'customer service'!
