I cannot recommend Kia highly enough! The service is second to none, always helpful but not pushy. Mike Buckley who was recommended to me absolutely knows how to deal with customers, he is knowledgeable, professional, and goes that extra mile to ensure you are happy with your car. Trust me my husband does not like parting with his money easily. But we have now got 2 Kia's a Sorrento which my husband loves and I had a Sportage 2 years ago (I really wanted an Evoke as my mum has one).
The Sportage knocks spots of the Evoke so I have just had a new one and it's amazing. From sales, after sales, service and general availability for advice I must admit Kia are outstanding. All the staff are helpful and very pleasant.

Would recommend 100% the people there are so helpful friendly & go out off there way to assist you with what ever you need. Or any advice. I've had 2 cars from them over 4 years. Absolutely no problems at all. If I have a question even now you just phone and they sort it. The best bit off my visits to kia is the cup off tea. (Ask for Richard to make tea, he makes the best lol )

Fantastic experience. Just purchased our car from Ken Jervis and can honestly say what a brilliant service we received from the cobridge branch. We have been dealing with Rich our sales representative and quite honestly what a super star he really is. he listened to our situation regarding issues we had with our old car and still managed to help us!

Having just finished my shift I got into my Kia Sportage 2016 { which I have owned from new and now 51K miles} and had a problem with the electrics/ steering. I contacted the Service Dept at Ken Jervis Kia and they promptly booked my car in. The following day the Service Department called me and explained the problem and as I needed a vehicle for the day I was able to hire a courtesy car which I really appreciated and at a very modest cost.
Next morning I received a text to say my car was ready for collection and best of all the repair was covered by Kia;s 7 year warranty. Thanks to all the staff at Ken Jervis Kia who offer a polite, friendly service.

I recently brought a KIA from Ken Jervis. I was very impressed with the service I and my husband recieved. We needed a new car and were trading in our old one. Richard (sales) was the first person we spoke to when we arrived at the garage and he was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. from the moment of deciding what car we both liked and talking through the different options we had, we were given a brilliant service and never pushed into a decision. we asked for roof bars to be fitted before pick up and this was never a problem and we were able to pick the car up within the same week, which was amazing. Thank you all for the Brilliant service and for been so helpful.

I have got a mobility car with Ken Jervis, the car showed a problem with the front wheel tire. we were driving past so we went in and asked for their help. the staff were very helpful, they told us what the problem was but we had to call out the RAC recovery. I rang the RAC and while we were waiting for the man to come the staff at Kia told us to go into the showroom to wait as it is too cold to wait in the car. they they went out of their way to make sure we were OK and had something to drink while we waited. the staff were absolutely brilliant we couldn't have asked for more. I definitely recommend Kia, Ken Jervis and I will be returning to them next year for another car from them! liz

Just been kia (ken Jervis) today to buy a new car asked the sales assistant about a car we were interested in it was an automatic car and asked we wanted a turbocharged 1.0L automatic the sales assistant told me and my wife that yes this car was an automatic and turbocharged so we decided to purchases it left a deposit and went away happy sent the invoice to my email had a read of it to make sure everything was OK and found out he ordered us a none turbocharged one so gave the dealership a call to sort out the problem as we thought it would be easy to sort out and then was told on the phone that we don't do that car in an automatic with a turbocharged.
So the sales assistant didn't know about the cars he was selling or just didn't care and just wanted a sale this was very upsetting for my wife as she had her heart set on the car and very unprofessional from Ken Jervis well know in stoke for good customer service but definitely not in are case if you are buying a car from Ken Jervis make sure your buying what you asked for

Recently came into the dealership to look at getting a new car. I was left to myself which was pleasant and then approached after 10-15 mins of looking around by Ben. Lovely chap who introduced me to Rich Easton. Rich was fantastic in arrange my finance deal and was extremely throughough in providing me with the information I needed. Would 100% recommend Kia Hanley to any prospective car buyers. Great car buying experience.
