4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

Fantastic Service! Our car had a issue with the camera system and had various warning lights on the dashboard. After ringing our local dealers they were unable to book the vehicle in for over a week. We spoke to the bookings team in the service department who advised whilst they were fully booked to bring the car in and they would try there best. We were delighted when three hours later we got a call to let us know the car was all sorted and ready for collection! Thanks guys for your help sorting our car the same day.

Amazing 5* service, will most definitely be returning for any future work that is needed. Staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Provided a free health check on my vehicle brought from a different used car garage and carried out the work I needed doing in a professional manner. Special thanks to Gareth who took to the time to go through everything in detail with me and provided me with all information needed to make informed decisions. Will not be looking to take my car anywhere else. Thanks again! My only regret is I wish I had come here initially as you guys saved me alot of trouble!

I attended for the second service of my service plan. I was met on arrival and dealt with quickly, after a short while receiving a health check video for my vehicle. The staff were very helpful and offered me a private space to work while I waited for the service to be completed, which was really appreciated. On receiving my vehicle back, the paperwork was explained in good detail and the car had been transformed from something caked in 2 weeks worth of road dirt back to clean & shiny Palladium paintwork.
The icing on the cake for me was the key fob battery had been replaced & the spare in the packet was left in the centre console, so I could do the same on my second fob. All round great service, which exceeded my expectations.
