Was not looking forward to changing our car but Coastal - especially Adam - made the experience quite easy. Found the car we wanted quite quickly among their selection of high quality vehicles. Took a test drive and sealed the deal. Good part exchange price paid for the existing car. New car given a full service and MOT and ready for collection in 7 days, All documentation explained thoroughly and nothing left out. Friendly non pushy approach backed up by very professional attention to detail. Thank you Coastal. Highly recommended.

We have purchased from the team before and were really happy, this time we were looking for a van but did not have a great deal of knowledge, Andy was helpful and patient, he listened to what we thought we were looking for and walked us through the options and what he felt would meet our needs, importantly for me we did not feel rushed. Andy called within the week and advised a van on route which he felt would be a good option for us.

We had an excellent experience dealing with coastal cars. They had a great range of cars ticking our needs. The service was above and beyond which was great making the whole experience a breeze. Morgan was our salesman and helped so much and was able to go into detail with how things work. I would highly recommend people to use coastal cars.

Andy helped me with a 5 year dream, come true! I spotted a great value VW Transporter trendline online and from initial contact, he was absolutely brilliant! He was so set on making sure the service he offered was quality and although the van took a little longer than we both expected, I massively appreciated how much he kept me in the loop (even outside work hours) and ultimately the fact he wanted to make sure the van was perfect before it was delivered.
