4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.

Following my trip to Poole for the weekend I arrived late of Friday night, during the last bit of my journey, my yellow warning light came on. Not knowing the problem, I took the car to the Mercedes garage Poole on Monday morning and spoke to Jamie Crane, Service Dept. as I needed to return on the same day. He said that he could see if he could get a check done to see what the problem was.
He rang me to explain the problem. He managed to get the work carried out the same day, allowing me to return journey of 120 miles. I cannot thank him and the mechanic for the job completed, well done to all.

I was looking to purchase a GLB, the only one they could find in the spec I wanted was used but with only 5k on the clock. I was given a price of 39,999, I looked up the car on a few online sites to gauge the approximate value of the car. Not one was over 32,000. I fully understand that the showroom will charge more but 8,000 is ridiculous and insulting! To be told when I explained this to the dealer that they didn't set the price, I have never felt more undervalued as a customer!

I recently purchased my first Mercedes from here and what a great all round experience it was. From the moment i passed through the doors, i was greeted with pleasant and polite staff. My point of contact was with Greg, who is very knowledgeable and has a "nothing too much trouble" approach. Once he knew what i wanted from my car, he was able to put things into place and made the whole process from start to finish, a nice and easy transaction, with no pressure.
He always replied to phone calls or my emails and is an all round nice guy. I would highly recommend dealing with him. Greg kept me well informed all through the process and from the start, explained the issues that were being experienced within the motor industry. For me, communication is so important and these guys seem to recognise this. Knowing there'd be a bit of delay on my new car, it actually arrived a few weeks earlier than expected, so that was a nice surprise.
On collection of my car, i was introduced to Nick, who really knows his stuff. He went through the basics, as well as some of the the clever stuff my car can do. He explains things so clearly and in a precise manner that allows you to enjoy your car form the start. The car is amazing, so a big thank you to all at "Mercedes of Poole".

We bought a brand new 50,000 Mercedes EQA in July 2021. To seal the deal they promised us they would fit a 7kW home charger at my home within 6-8 weeks. 6 months later this hasn't happened regardless of our consistent chasing by email and phone and being palmed off. We feel that they are the worst car retailer that we've ever dealt with and will never use again. We have been missold and now we're forced to take legal action against them to get what we were promised.
