We bought a van from Jack Ford motors back in September and we have been thrilled with thier service from them from the outset. Unfortunately the van had a warning light come up on the dashboard last week so we rang them as it was still covered by thier warranty. I took it to them and they repaired it whilst I waited. Couldn't put zero stars, bought car 3 yes ago and they were spot on BUT called to have front springs replaced, waited 2 weeks for a reply which never came so we had to go elsewhere. They obviously have too much work on, very dissappointing. Common courtesy would have been nice.

Both salesmen I dealt with were helpful and friendly, without them being pushy, blagging or overselling, just straightforward, excellent buying experience. I bought an immaculate ex-M.O.D Skoda Superb and the next day drove to my son's wedding in the Peak District. The car performed brilliantly both on Motorway and Peak District roads. Thank you.

Just collected my Ford Ka yesterday. The whole process has gone very smoothly. The salesman, Mick, was extremely helpful no pressure selling and nothing like the stereotypical used car salesman. From start to finish a great experience. Although early days, I would have no hesitation in recommending this car sales ( and Mick) firm.

I would recommend them to anyone! Due to an unfortunate situation with my hire car, I needed to find a car quickly. Mick was incredibly helpful, very easy to talk to (even if I did get his name wrong!) and had the car serviced and organised for me, even after a palava with organising payment for it. The car was in fantastic condition and I couldn't be more thankful for a relatively quick and easy sale. If I lived closer I'd definitely be going back for another car!
