Sold me a broken car. Had it in 3 times to be fixed with them and it still didn't work. Amongst a million other things like probably the worst contact with customers I've ever known (kept having to go down there to find out what was going on with my car) Fast forward 2 years now I've had to take my car to another mechanic and shell out myself. The mechanic couldn't believe the state of the car inside, they'd cut wires they shouldnt have, totally messed it up.

Obviously didn't have a clue how to fix it and didn't want to pay even tho the car was broken when they sold me it. Support local businesses, including car salesmen. But don't support SCAMMERS.

Avoid! I was sold a car which developed an engine knock. I tried multiple times to return it and fix it but never showed up on the days specified. I since took out a court case but they have now disappeared.

Don't waste your money or time keep away they will rip you off

I have emailed phoned and even texted and still haven't got a reply They must not want to sell anything

I HONESTLY BEG PEOPLE TO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I brought a car a month and a half ago from PBL MOTORS through cash & finance. For a solid month he messed me around with dates of delivery, he wouldn't reply to messages and he just kept ignoring me. After a month he decided to cancel everything and now he isn't refunding me or the finance company. He is very unprofessional, petty and just a waste of time. Myself and the finance company have had to take legal action against him.

Good place, seller was straight up, good banter. Warranty on car was top rate. Would go back.

Great outlet for all manner of things, from car consumerables to sweets and everything in between. I got my jelly baby fix along with my diesel .

Avoid Autorite at all costs! Front skirt fell off driving home just after buying the car (which they won't replace). The tracking was out and was told it would be sorted (didn't get sorted). Was told they'd get me a parcel shelf ready for me collecting the car (they didn't). 2 front tyres are nearly bald but because they're about 2mm legal, they won't change them. They lost my key when I came to collect the car. Absolute joke of company.

Poor customer service, I ended up out of pocket, they never return your calls when you leave a message.

Don't go to Paul's at the top as he may get your car. But after ways is another thing. He was sopose to pay off the other car off with the deposit he had.that was in may.he still hasn't pay it so we now have to do it and the office still have never gotten back to us. So now we still have not got money back as he always leaving in his car and always busy with customers lol so just watch out plz

AUTORITE NE.Absolutely terrible! emailed on numerous occasions.no reply so rang them spoke to 2 different blokes both said they would get back to me. neither did.rang and said I wanted to buy the car but needed a price to transport it from them to me. but no phone call from them. if this is what they are like when your attempting to buy a car off them. what would they be like once you bought the car and had a problem!

Plus since looking at reviews on the place. looks like I had a lucky escape. Worst customer service I have ever come across.don't waste your time and money on these guys.steer clear!

AVOID Autorite Tyneside Autoparc! I bought a car from them for 3500, and they assured me it was in great condition, with a years MOT and no advisories, which i've since discovered was totally untrue. After just 2 months of driving, I'd spent a further 2000 on repairs, and now having owned the car for 10 months, I'm facing another 1800 of repairs just to get it passed its MOT.

The MOT garage said all of the repairs required would have been noted as advisories when I bought it, ultimately meaning they lied and miss led me when I asked. They didn't even bother sending the V5C to the DVLA, so technically after 10 months I don't even own the vehicle, and they ignore me when I chased. I'm now being forced to scrap the car as the costs of repair are outweighing its value. Terrible and rude customer service, AVOID

24hr service station with shop and Greggs. Pick the day you fill up as regularly have cheap fuel days. Self operated pressure jet car washing bays available very handy. Staff always helpful.

It's been a while since l was last there. What a difference! Much smaller selection of cars and dealers. That said all the dealers were helpful and prepared to show us their stock even though it was raining and close to freezing. We did actually end up buying a car with the usual 12 months not, full valet and car taken in part ex for a good sum. All covid guidelines in place and adhered too.

Worth a look when the weather is favourable. Easy to get to and ample parking space. Toilet facilities are available as is a Gregg's drive through if interested in fine cuisine
