Initially it took two days to get the car booked in, couldn't get through to the service department, phoned four times on the first day, left messages, told someone would ring back, finally got through on the second day. Vehicle went in for the air conditioning not blowing cold and the front parking sensors not working correctly, was told when I collected the car both were fine and it could be an intermittent problem, even though neither worked when driving home or parking when I got home.
Vehicle was dropped off at agreed time, I heard nothing from the garage all day until I phoned at 4pm, was then told by the customer service advisor she would check on the car and phone back, again no call back, I phoned again at 5.15 and was told I could collect the car. Overall, a poor experience, was charged 18 for the loan car for insurance and neither fault on the car has been fixed. Will probably try and find another Renault dealer to use to be honest.

It would have been marginally better if they had been able to get the car back to me by the agreed time. I had to go on to an evening meeting in Salisbury and because they were late so was I. I would have been fine if they had warned me that this was not possible and picked another day but I was assured it was Ok. Everything else was great

Good open-plan showroom, lots of space for motorcars to be viewed and everyone safe. A friendly staff member, amenable to provide time for a test drive, even when rather late, on a cold wet winters day and without an appointment. The follow-up from sales representatives and management, ensuring clientele satisfaction, is very key to their business. They will go the extra mile, via email, phone and texts, making sure you're happy with their services. Thank you!

After an awful experience buying my last car at a different dealership I was anxious about entering another. Alistair immediately put me at ease. Explaining everything thoroughly and double checking each and every detail of my order. Couldn't have been more helpful, professional and efficient throughout the whole experience. Bonus that the coffee was delicious!

What can I say. Brilliant customer service from pre-purchase to buying the car. This dealership go above and beyond with customer service travelling 3 hours was well worth it! Callum is an asset to the business and was amazing throughout, keeping me updated and dealing with any queries or questions swiftly. The car had a slight issue but Callum was quick to resolve this before handing over the car! 10/10 Would highly recommend this dealership!
