Was in the Skoda garage today with my partner. They had no interest in dealing with us and more or less insulted us with the trade in price on our car. Don't go in there unless your wearing a suit and tie or they won't be bothered to deal with you

Went in today to enquire about trading in my car and found the staff so unhelpful. They wouldn't entertain us from the moment we walked in. Offering little to nothing for my car when I was offered double the price elsewhere. I left and went to other garages and was treated so much better and far more professionally.

From the moment I popped in unplanned to have a look I was treated so professionally. No pushy sales just polite helpful and lovely manner Robert spent a lot of time with me showing me all the gadgets and controls making sure I was comfortable taking the car and I cannot say enough about the experience great communication receptionist is a dote. Kids even had hot chocolate while they waited. Most of all I Love my new/used car thanks a million

Michael Buckley and Tanya in service are a dream to deal with efficient and professional if one thing could be improved on, it would be a direct phone line to service but having dealt with Mercedes Limerick i will be making the trip to Athlone from now on the two mentioned above and a mechanic I spoke too don't know his name are engaging, friendly and so professional.
