Purchased a car from Matthew today and also part-exchanged my previous car. I'd not bought from a dealership before but Matthew made the whole process very straightforward, and explained everything clearly for us with no 'sales pressure'. He even sorted out my tax before we left so one less bit of paperwork for me to worry about. A friendly and efficient service, would definitely recommend Britannia, thanks Matthew!

The guys at Britannia (Matthew & Russell) who helped us were brilliant. The communication before we went for booking an appointment was easy and timely, we arrived slightly early but were not kept waiting. On our arrival myself, my husband and our 2 children were offered use of the facilities and a complimentary drink- they even had fruit shoots for the children!

After showing us the car and us doing a test drive, they did an appraisal for a part exchange of my old car, which was valued at a fair price and negotiated honestly and openly, in line with the sale of the new car we had purchased. Whilst we sorted out the formalities the guys kept the kids entertained with TV and toys, and were very accommodating and child friendly.

Honest, helpful, professional and happy. I've now bought two cars from Britannia, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Russell Stoneman was really helpful and accommodating when it came to picking out, test driving and buying a car. Top service, easiest 5 I'll ever give.

Matthew and Archie were both very welcoming, we had made a appointment to view the car. they left us alone to look around the car, and then offered a test drive on which Matthew accompanied us. we decided it was the right car for us with no hurrying from them, as it was ready to drive away all the paperwork was done by Archie who had made us a offer on our Volvo which was very fair, the deal was done and we drove away to a eating house which was recommended by Matthew excellent food. We would like to wish Matthew a very happy career in car sales. we would also recommend Britannia.

Myself and my partner needed a new family car and saw a x3 online. I'd enquired over the bank holiday weekend and too my surprise I had responses as late as 8pm! This was great first impression that carried on from start to finish. We had a stress free test drive and a fair part exchange valuation. Russ had everything ready for us to buy the car to make it as smooth and quick as possible. The car was then talked through with us on all the new devices etc. a positive, honest and great experience. Would 5* recommend.

I can't fault Britannia Motor Co. Sales Team and Archie in particular. No fuss, no hard sales tactics. I drove away my new vehicle in under an hour and that time included a test drive and arranging the transfer of a personal registration plate and 5 days complimentary insurance. An excellent service all round.

Wow, what an experience. We travelled all the way from Norwich to Britannia motor garage to collect our new car. We liaised with Russel Stonemason over the phone who was very helpful with everything we needed to know and was reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly, was patient and gave us the time we wanted and needed for our reassurance. After a long journey to collect the car, Russel was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - he accommodated all our needs and enquiry's.

The car was exactly how he described and matched up to the photos online- no hidden surprises. The garage was easy to find, all the staff were friendly including the manager Russel who assisted with any further enquiry's. They both went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and it really was! We felt Russell's customer service was excellent and fully understood what the customers needs were - he clearly new his stuff.

They even helped us find somewhere to eat nearby before the long journey back. We both were extremely happy with our experience and would certainly buy from them again and recommend people to buy from this dealership! You won't be disappointed, thank you Russel for helping us get a car we are thrilled with after a year long search! It was definitely worth the journey and the wait!

I would recommend Britannia Motor Company to everyone. I already knew the (used) car I wanted and it was prepared to the highest possible standard: sparkling clean inside and out and fully Covid-proofed. Archie was friendly, knew the vehicle's history, and delightfully low-key. There was no sense of rush or pushiness. He agreed to a longer test drive and later delivered the car to my door at no charge.

The price was already reasonable so I didn't have to endure the unpleasantness of haggling and the whole experience was about the most pain-free car purchase I have ever made. Excellent!

Top class service from Britannia. Slick, professional and very friendly. Russel Stoneman was truly helpful and will manage any issues in a fast a friendly manor. I have no problem giving them a 5 star review and thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a quality used car!
