Really disappointed. I've had both of my Insignia's services here and received EXCELLENT service. However, looking to sell one and received a really quick response in terms of a valuation visit. A commitment was made that I'd receive a valuation via email communication by close of play that day. 5 days later? Still waiting. And I've called twice. Any business that thinks bad service by one department doesn't impact another is really naive. Spam inbox checked. No response, no call. Nothing. Just not good enough.

All I can say is poor poor service. Never get a phone call back when they say they will (Parts department). They promise parts will arrive then when you phone them after they promise to phone you back (What a joke) your told sorry won't be in today with no offer of apology or anything! Now using Keith price Crickhowell. Better service and cheaper too! Anyone reading this take my advice and do the same!

Contacted the dealer about the process of buying a car during lock down. Had details taken and was told I was going to be called back. Called them again after 4 days as I had not heard anything yet. Was then told I was definitely going to get a call back that day. A week and a half later still has not heard anything. Guess the Wales Covid help scheme makes them enough money.

Purchased a car from Newtown about 8 months ago - had my first device recently Cannot fault either sales or service departments and would highly recommend this dealer to anybody who is looking for good old fashioned customer service backed up by bang up to date advice - I too was recommended to try Newtown by a friend who also rated them very highly and I'm glad I took his advice I look forward to being a customer for years to come and would not consider buying a car or having servicing carried out anywhere else I dealt mainly with Warren (sales) and Mark (service) but everybody from phone contact to personal dealings have been so helpful - in a word BRILLIANT!

My son bought a car from here a couple of years ago. They put a new Mot on it but we had to take it back as they failed to do the jobs they had promised and for which it would have failed the Mot. They did do the work when we took the car back. Also on checking the finance papers they had not stuck to their agreement, so we had to wait for it to be done again so please check your paperwork extremely well or you may be out of pocket.

Fantastic customer service. No pressure selling. Staff very friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. It was my first time looking for a brand new car. There was no pressure towards purchase or particular cars. Salesman was helpful and he stayed with me through initial interest to test drive to picking up my car. If you are looking to buy lease or mobility car Id recommend this place. The care was second to none
