A nice selection of cars, the staff were friendly and when we discovered an issue with the car we were interested in during test drive, they immediately took the car out with me to identify the problem and put the vehicle into the garage. Sadly we did not complete the purchase, but would be happy to buy a vehicle from here in the future.

Dreading looking for a new car but Richie at Jeff White made it an easy and painless experience. Nothing was too much trouble and he had plenty of patience to make sure we chose the right car. This is my 2nd and last time visiting jeff white motors Cardiff which provide "quality motors" my first time I went to see a "great example" of a golf R and when I got there it was scattered with paint damage. Yesterday when I went to go see a Audi s3 with my girlfriend we were impressed UNTIL the guy at the showroom gave us keys, as soon as we opened the door the stench of nicotine hit us, we were told that our smell might be too sensitive.

We still took the car for a test drive only around the corner. Once we got back we had to leave as the smell was so intense it gave us headaches. We we're pretty much told we would get use to the smell. Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit.

Just purchased a car from Jeff White and the sales men were totally amazing, not pushy or forceful and left you to browse alone. I had a great deal and Richie Morgan and the sales manager Andrew. They were great guys to deal with and due to there understanding, knowledge and not being pushy on me I bought the car. Sometimes cheap comes with a whole host of problems and not to mention a load of hassle:. The guys at Jeff white let you browse and then ask you if you need any help. I certainly wont be buying my next car from anywhere else!

Been a customer for almost two years now, and after being messed about for four years by main dealerships, I couldn't be happier now that I'm with Jeff whites. Everything has been so easy and pleasant from day one. They have got the friendliest staff in the showroom that are willing to go the extra mile to look after their customers, which not many places do these days.

And not only the staff you see but the mechanics are brilliant at their job too. Have had to bring the car to have little faults fixed, and they have fixed the problem both times within an hour, other garages take almost all day for little tasks like that, but as stated earlier the guys here put the customers first and think about you first. But finally, if your not already a customer here, then your missing out, absolutely amazing and couldn't recommend more! Thank you again Sean and everyone else there!

Good, just what I needed, no bull or pressure sales. Realistic prices and trade in. Changed from 5 to 4 stars. Reason, not until the 1 month warranty expired that I left the car for a week and the battery went so flat that the doors wouldn't open. I am sure this would have been evident while sitting on the forecourt. Note to self, monitor batteries more closely during warranty period next time.

Fantastic Customer service can not rate Jeff Junior and the team enough. Went to other car dealers the same day some had poor customer service. Will always be going to Jeff White in the future

Brought my Fiat Abarth 595 whilst on holiday through Sean. He wasn't pushy and was open and honest and took time to send me videos of the car. I drove 100 miles to Cardiff as a local dealer couldn't match the part ex of my car and also didn't give a damn. Paperback done through Kevin and everything was ready for me. Highly recommended and will use them in future.

Richard Morgan from Jeff White Motors made the purchasing of our new car effortless. He is a straight forward kind of guy who didn't try and sell us up or sugar coat anything, also did not pressure us in any way. A true gentleman. The service we received was impeccable. There was a slight leak from a diff seal which Richard arranged to get repaired under warranty. I certainly know where I am buying my next car from. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Visited Jeff White last week as I was looking for a new car, after being recommended by a few friends who have been going to them for years. And as a woman looking for a car, was worried I wouldn't be taken seriously. But I felt very comfortable, and any questions were answered professionally. Was looked after by Jeff Jnr, who allowed us to look at the cars by ourselves but was around when we needed him.

There was no pushy salesman tactics. The range of cars were fantastic. I'm thrilled to bits with my new car and the sales experience with Kevin was straightforward and all ready for me to drive the car away the same day. Even the after care has been brilliant. QUALITY! Sean Townsend and the team are not the normal pushy sales they recommend when asked then leave you to look around, the cars are of highest quality and below average mileage at real prices. We are so impressed with the level of service and quality of cars after buying a car we went back and bought another car for our daughter next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
