I have been trying to contact this garage since March for a short email to enable me to get a refund for a groupon voucher that I bought twice in error due to a technical problem the day of my MOT. I have called, emailed and completed an online contact form. I have been ignored. They also failed to check my liquid levels which was part of the mot deal.

My water was under minimum. I was relying on them checking my liquids I spotted this on accident when looking for something else in the bonnet a few days later. I had a feeling it hadn't been done when I picked up the car but the man said yes so I believed him. I used to use this as my local garage but have since had to go elsewhere because they have completely ignored me and groupon won't refund me unless they take two minutes of there time to send me an email.

With an apology I will remove my review but until then the garage is tardy and unprofessional. I used to use them they are local to me, but won't any more. You get what you pay for. The groupon deal gives you half a service and permanent ignorance thereafter.

They are lying! Went there for a service and they tried to trick me in replacing more things to the car than needed saying that I won't pass the mot (which was passed 2 weeks prior). They saw a young lady and tried to Tell me to change the breaks which were almost new. When I told him the mot is passed already his face turned red and didn't know what to say.

They forgot to check stuff. Told them something doesn't feel right with the clutch and they didn't even check. They wrote it on the paper as "clutch" because I told them about it. Not following covid-19 guidelines at all. Just piss takers. Avoid

Went to get my car serviced here today. Excellent service and very good price! Will definitely be returning to them again in the future! Going to be reported to the police in the morning for FRAUD. Paid an extra 25 for an oil change. Looked before I went there and the oil was black. Looked after the service was done and the same black oil is still in the engine. Supposed to have had an engine checkup on the car, nothing was done and this was paid extra for. AVOID them at all cost.

Um, they had car for oil change for 1.5 hours OK plus 50 odd point check. Purchased on groupon. Bottom line is I don't think the oil was actually changed. Very nice people by the way. Wonder what there like when I take the car back hahaha

Used a groupon voucher for my car service. Paid for the oil on the day, which is explained on the voucher. Fully synthetic, 5 litres for 25, which I was happy with. Great service. Very helpful staff. They checked my tyres and brakes and suggested I wait to get them done but keep an eye on them. No unnecessary work was suggested, which is refreshing. I would recommend these guys, especially if you can get a discount with groupon.

Paid for a service through groupon, which was supposed to include electrics diagnostic check etc. I came back to them MISinforming me that my oxygen sensor was gone and I'd need a new one. Only to go to my dealer for them to tell me that it's just the service light which should have been turned off when I got the service. My service sheet was also barely filled in so I have no idea what they actually did or if they even did anything at all. Not impressed, I'll pay the full amount and go with my dealer next time.

Paid for a service through Groupon and was very impressed with them. Had to pay an extra 25 for synthetic oil but was told that before I went. Mario was a lovely chap and friendly. I'll definitely use them again. They gave my car a good check over and I'd recommend them. Thank you.

Used the Groupon deal. Good service however no report detailing what was carried out on the car. Was told they don't do that but how are you to know what checks have been done. Was just told car was fine. Paid additional 20.00 for oil but that was detailed in the voucher so expected that. Overall 4 stars due to efficiently and service but wouldn't use them again purely for the no log of service or checks done on car.
