I've never had such bad customer service from anywhere in my life from Blackpool Kia. I'm shocked and appalled from start to finish (still on going) never been in a dealership like it. To the point I'm selling my car and I'll never get a Kia again! And thanks to the mechanic who left a O ring in my gear box causing me to break down on my own at 11:45pm!

Visited the Blackpool branch today. Fantastic experience from start to finish. It has to be the most friendly car showroom we have ever visited. Every member of staff welcomed us. I found my purchase experience excellent, good price straight forward answers to any questions. I purchased new without visiting the Garage on good price and availability having searched on Auto Trader.
