Do not waste your time with these people. I bought a car from here 2 months ago as I wanted to buy with peace of mind from a dealership knowing the car would be in good working order. The vehicle unfortunately had many problems, including a faulty alternator, headlights and wing mirror. I got in touch with them to try and sort these issues out and they pawned me off to a warranty company.

The warranty company told me they were unable to do anything and when getting back in touch with Deepdale, they have said there was nothing they could do, refusing to take the car back (less than a few hundred miles done from date of purchase) or even inspect it. Appalling. This company has sold me a faulty vehicle and have taken NO responsibility for the problems it had, leaving me in the dark. I feel as though I have been misled and would advise anyone reading this to stay very far away from this place and use a different dealership.

My first ever experience with the company and feel very let down. I was inquiring over a Audi that was having the wheels refurbished so wasn't available at the time to view. I was never asked to place deposit over phone from anyone. Every day I chanced to see if it was available and told them soon as available let me know. This was a present for my wife who has just been diagnosed with a brain tumour she has always wanted one of these but couldn't with the kids etc. now they are driving themselves perfect time.

To ring up again at 9.30am to be told now sold is very disappointing to say the least. They couldn't care less for people feelings, To be let down in this manor is disgusting. As she fell in love with the car on the pictures. Thanks to this company I have a even more upset wife now

Found a top Banana honda civic. Most of the cars in stock look like very nice cars. I bought the Honda next day went to collect the car. Very efficient

Cannot believe how good this service has been. I placed my car for sale through Motorway on Sunday and it was entered in the next day's auction. Deepdale Motors won with the highest bid and I was amazed when Chris called me to say he could collect on the following day. Bang on time a really nice chap called John turned up and gave the car the once over.

After a slight reduction in the winning bid due to a couple of minor scratches that I missed during the registration process a final price was agreed and promptly paid by Faster Payment into my account. The whole process from start to finish took just 3 days with no mither. I would not hesitate to recommend both Motorway and Deepdale Motors as they both ensured I got a great price for my car.

I bought a 13 year old car from Deepdale. I did my research on the car and the business. I was happy enough to put a deposit down before seeing the vehicle in person and also happy to travel 90 miles to collect it. Unfortunately, the car broke down after only 18 miles. I called Deepdale with a growing sense of unease, but they could not have handled it in a more efficient and professional way.

They sent someone to buy me a coffee (and food had I wanted) whilst the courtesy vehicle arrived. The courtesy vehicle was less than an hour, followed by the recovery truck. I was quickly called by the owner, who apologised for the problems. He then went on to explain my options - which included a full refund. I liked them so much, I was happy to wait until they investigated and got back to me.

The problem was diagnosed as a fuel pump. I waited a couple of weeks whilst they got the parts. They kept me updated with progress throughout. Unfortunately, the fuel pump didn't fix the issue and they had to spend more money to sort. Because I needed a car quickly, I decided to get my money back. They refunded me with no qualms. It was an unfortunate incident, and could have happened anytime, but I would thoroughly recommend them - and would use them again.

Recently part exchanged my wife's Vauxhall for a Honda, as we had travelled in my car we didn't have it with us, I can hear you saying how stupid we are!, after giving them details of the car we wanted to part exchange we were given a decent offer. All the people we dealt with were very professional, polite, friendly and honest, as we both work shifts as nurses were even given the offer of someone staying back later to help us sort stuff out if we couldn't get over during office hours. The Honda came to us cleaned, serviced and is a really great car. I would 100% buy from this company again and probably will when the time comes for me to change my own car

Sold car through Motorway and Chris and team were the dealer with the sale agreed. Really easy process, first time using them (or Motorway) and Chris explained everything the day before and then came to collect the car the next day. After all the necessary checks and reviews, then money sent to my bank whilst stood on drive. Overall an excellent service and would highly recommend.

I sold my car to them and was very pleased with the professionalism they had and how honest they were when looking at my car. They came and picked my car up and made it easier for me. Very nice people and it was a pleasure selling my car to them. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Just bought my 1st car today from matt and jamie. Really nice blokes came with my dad after spotting a car on there website. Had a test drive, paid for the car and drove away. Really efficient and no pressure 5 stars guys

Front initial phone call, going to look at the car, purchasing the car and collecting the car all contact with all the team was efficient, professional and nothing was too much trouble.

I sold my car to the team at Deepdale Motor Company, from start to finish they were professional, helpful and friendly. The two gentlemen who collected my vehicle were excellent, they made sure I was 100% happy before leaving with the vehicle. I haven't purchased a vehicle from Deepdale but from my experience as a seller, I can safely say that I would trust them to provide an a outstanding service. 10/10

I purchased a bmw 320i from this garage 10 months ago and since then I have had to pay to have oil leak fixed exhaust fixed and now having to get coil pack fixed. When I got car they told me it had been serviced but after having it checked I found it hadn't been serviced. They gave it an mot which it passed with no advisorys but it had a problem with exhaust which should have failed or at least an advisory it also had 2 recalls which no one told me about. I travelled all the way from scotland to get car and I sincerely wish I hadn't bothered would not recommend this company to my dog let alone another human steer clear.

Bought a Fiat 500 from them. Brilliant service. Not pushy. Not in your face. Very Friendly. I would definitely buy another car from them.

The service and professionalism we received from Matt was excellent, we felt that he respected us much more than the big car dealers do. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
