I purchased an Audi A5 FROM Jason. I made a bit of a nuisance of matyself asking lots of questions which were always answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The service was fantastic a pleasure to deal with. Excellent quality car at a very reasonable price.

If they gave-* I would give it. Dreadful service. Jason was downright rude towards me during our conversation. To say the experience buying a car from Brooklands was horrendous is an understatement. Apart from the huge inconvenience in buying a defective car we incurred costs amounting to over 100 including 35 of fuel so I felt the garage should be responsible for these particularly 35 of fuel we had paid for 3 miles before we broke down and i hence attempted to contact the garage.

Initial communications by email were ignored so I called the garage directly. When the situation was discussed with Jason I felt he was downright patronising towards me particularly when I mentioned being out of pocket and that somebody will benefit from the fuel and it could be siphoned or used. No out of pocket expenses refund or refund of what was rightfully ours was forthcoming, instead a mouthful of abuse was hurled at me and he abruptly ended the phonecall. I wonder what trading standards would make of this.

Bought a few cars off these guys and can honestly say they're one of the loveliest people we have ever met. My mother bought a renault clio which hasn't failed her, with lovely customer service, and a brilliant deal My partner then bought a Toyota celica and through no ones fault the clutch started slipping, they instantly talked us through the warranty procedure and told him he was able to take the car to any garage he wanted and they would cover the costs. A real credit to small business owners, lovely family owned garage a round of applause too you! And a big thank you

Got a BMW X1 today. Quick service and friendly and I was able to drive away on same day. I hate pushy sales people and these guys were great. They let you look at the cars in peace and they are there to help you when you need them. They check all the cars thoroughly and do pre inspections. Recommended sellers who takes pride in the cars they sell. Keep up the good work guys. Happy with my purchase and I would recommend them if your looking for decent used cars.

In a world where everything seems to be complicated, nothing could have been more straightforward than my experience at Brooklands Motor Company. It took me a while to find the right car after people messing around - probably because these days it's easy to take nice pictures of an average car or make something look better than it is if you have a half decent app on your phone.

But contrary to this, I'd just like to say that the car was even better in person than on the photos which is unreal as it already looked amazing! Even when I couldn't view the car until the following week I wasn't asked for a holding deposit and things were done on good faith which seems to be unheard of in these current times. I part exchanged my car and I feel that I got a really fair price which makes everything that bit sweeter. If you're after a relaxed, straightforward and easy going experience with people who put their values above all else - look no further. Cheers guys.

Bought my BMW 330ci Convertible off Brooklands just before Lockdown at the end of March. The car itself is excellent, everything working as it should, no rattles or bangs bearing in mind this Vehicle is getting on for 20 years old!. Excellent Customer Service backed up with a comprehensive Warranty included in the price. Overall 10/10 highly Recommended.

I recently purchased a mk5 golf GTI from Brooklands. The guys there let me look round the car and answered any questions I had. I have only had the car a few days now but it drives beautifully and the condition is excellent compared to others I viewed. The whole process was very simple and made easy.
