Came to look at 2 vehicles on there forecourt we were greeted relatively well so we had a closer look at both vehicles one vehicle was missing service history and no real reason was given the other vehicle we noticed a damaged door seal which would need replacing when pointed out we got the answer of 'thats not something we would be interested in fixing' this car is 6000 pounds and you wont repair a door seal absolutely disgusting.
We were also informed car prices were non negotiable which is bizarre when they are so unfairly priced. Once we were done looking we decided to go elsewhere the guy who met us on the forecourt despite being friendly at first was clearly uninterested and fed up which is odd because they never used to be 3 years ago so i dont know whats gone horribly wrong with this desira branch but i would stay clear! Bury st edmunds branch disputed what the diss salesman had said to us and sounded shocked so hopefully its just diss that is the issue here.

I bought a brand new Fiat Panda 4x4 Cross from Desira @ Diss, and could not be happier with the experience. Damon Gill made the process smooth from start to finish. Spoke at length on phone to make sure we had the right part ordered. Booked for parts to be fitted. Took time of work (unpaid) to wait for while fitted but waited and waited then told they have NOT GOT THE RIGHT PART. No apology given to me just a defensive explanation that it was someone else's fault. Not happy.

Bought a secondhand car here. We were told about 4 times during the buying process (verbally and by email) that the car had only had one previous owner and we would be the second. We had told them that the number of owners was very important to us. When we got the logbook, we found out the car had 2 previous owners. We contacted them straight away, but they took 3 weeks to come back to us (after I chased them several times).
When they did, they made no effort to give us a fuller picture of the history (which we easily found and they should have done). We were just told this MAY affect the cars value, but they were sorry. I was told it quite clearly showed that the car had 2 owners on the system. We were also told during the sales process that the Desira warranty is not worth the paper it is written on (I cannot comment on the accuracy of this) and that the Gap insurance would pay out even if we deliberately wrote off the car (this would be fraud). Update: I contacted Desira on the email address they have given in their response.
They did not respond until I chased them up 2 weeks later, when they said their online response was a standard response and they did not contact me as they had already contacted me about it before. I have also found they did not clear the previous owners data from the car, including address data.

Really not pleased at all with how my issue has been dealt with (or not dealt with in this case) by staff at my local Desira branch. I bought a Fiat back in January, and after a while began to notice that the radio was constantly breaking up and not working properly. Originally, I just thought signal in the area was bad. However, after taking my. car in for a service in August, I asked them to check the aerial just in case there was a problem. Turns out, the aerial is faulty and conveniently this part is not covered under the warranty. In my opinion the car should not have been sold with a faulty part, but they are now refusing to fix it unless I pay. I have been into this branch to try and.

What's going on in Bury St Edmunds Peugeot. Used to be great. Service and sales were the best I'd ever used. Now, I don't think I'd ever go back. Service department that are incapable or just not bothered. Can't get through on the phone and never call you back. My traveller is due a recall and tried to book it in with the service department. directly and a week later I'm still waiting for them to call me back.
Just tried the service booking team. still waiting for them to answer the phone. Bought the traveller in March 2018 and were assured the tax was the same as our 2012 508sw only to find out that the government had, in 2017, planed to increase the tax to nearly 500 for all vehicles.
