I've been so well looked after by the chaps at John Banks, no question's a stupid one, they're cheerful and helpful and haven't once talked down to me as a "lady biker". Really appreciate Jak (and James) for taking such good care of me and my new pride and joy, Agatha aftercare has been brilliant, Jak even took the time to talk me through my next options as an "automatic only" rider. I'll be back for my upgrade!

Tim Ayden came up with a fair deal for my part ex and kept me in the loop whilst crash bars and lights were fitted. The process could not have been better and my new (to me) Africa Twin exactly as described. Actually, better than I could have expected for a used bike. A great experience all round. Thanks Tim!

Despite being told on numerous occasions to remove my wifes phone number from there records, they still call her about a car she doesn't own. Not good enough.

This dealership is fantastic, Driven in to John Banks in a mediocre Vehicle, needing a change, had a look around a fabulous range of cars unsure of the brand I was looking at it helped to speak to a sales executive who actually know there stuff, I can't fault John Banks they delivered on everything and delivered and amazing used car at the end of it all, I could not be happier with the service and product received from this dealership I highly recommend

Used car buy (not one of their franchised brands). Excellent customer service from Steve in sales, car bought for fair price (used car prices currently high due to demand). No high pressure selling and felt whole transaction was honest and transparent; Steve is a good example of how sales staff should be. Some minor paintwork issues well sorted for us by smart reapir and a car valeted and filled with some unleaded (including Steve in a queue for a while to get it: cheers Steve!). Overall, good experience, thank you.

I bought a Honda Approved Used car just over a year ago. I found the service manager to be completely untrustworthy, in that not only did he allow me to buy the used car with a dangerous front tyre, he also wanted to overcharge me for the replacement. I emailed the managing director, but he obviously was not interested in customer service as he delegated the task of replying to me to his sales director.

To be fair the sales director did reimburse me for the cost of the tyre, but by then all trust in the company had been lost. I will not be using John Banks again for sales or service.

John banks bury st edmunds honda I have had a very bad experience with. I have brought a bike just over a year old and recently moved to the Norfolk area. They have damaged my steering colum which means my stearing is way out of line and they refuse to fix the damage and they try to say my steering was done by me when it had been in the care. The have now refused my warranty repair on my clutch and told me to sod off and take the business elsewhere. John banks is a rude man who doesn't like to be challanged. Told me to claim on my own insurance even though damage had been done in their care.

He called us a liar. I do hope that customer service skills and people skill get improve but for now please avoid at all costs. If you want to be ripped off by different repairs that didn't need doing before go to this place

I recently took my Honda Civic 2.2 in for the Air Conditioning to be re-gassed. Was charged 65 but told AFTER they had already done it that there was a hole in my condenser unit and so it probably wouldn't last very long as the gas will probably just leak out!?!? I put in a complaint and I was actually fully refunded and told that a new protocol had now been put in place to ensure mistakes like this didn't happen again. I initially only gave them 1 star in my review, but now they rectified their mistake - which is all I wanted - I have increased my stars to 4!

I bought a Honda Jazz last year from here and I absolutely loved it. The service and experience was incredible. Trudy, who looked after me, is an asset to John Banks and I have never had such a fantastic experience with a car salesperson.

Worst service centre ever! a pure shithole! I had a drastic experience with them. So my bike always had some difficulty starting in the morning but it used to start with a little efforts and it used to work fine. So because of that reason i thought of giving my bike for the diagnostic check but I had to say that it was my worst decision ever. Those bunch of uneducated mechanics uninstalled every electrical component of my bike and left it as a scrap and the worst part is it's not even starting anymore, not even making any sound (it's completely dead). I'm really disappointed as I used to do deliveroo with my bike every evening. I'm a student and it was my only source of income.

And on top of all that they charged me for diagnostic check. i mean is this your service? We give you guys to repair and not break it down and then on top of that you ask for our hard earned money. worst service centre ever. I would request people to think twice before going
