Useless, couldn't carry out a repair, didn't listen to what the issue was and they tried to rip off the garage that was paying for the repair. Bad customer service all round. Glad I am moving so I can find a better main dealer to look after my car.

Been trying to contact the parts department for days, requesting numerous call backs but they never happen. Almost an exact repeat of last year which took me 3 weeks to get a phone call to order some car mats. Bitterly disappointed, I just want to find out how much something costs and to buy but how can I if no one ever answers the phone!
