I've never been a real "car" person and don't really enjoy the thought of having to take my car for a service/MoT but the staff at Charles Warner are great and I always feel welcome and looked after. I've been a customer for about 20 years now and hopefully will continue to be for a good few years more. Top marks!

I have Been bringing my car here for about 7 years now. I'm always looked after quickly and the work is always to a high stands. I've never been back and forward with the same problems. Keith at the front desk is brilliant. Will always tell me exactly what's happening before the mechanics carry out the work. Best customer service I've received, if I could give more than 5* I would.

Recently had to contact Charles Warner at Lincoln after purchasing a MG Zs EV from a dealer in Barnsley. Unfortunately Lincoln were unable to supply us with this vehicle. We experienced a problem with charging and the dealer at Barnsley was useless. We feel that they took our money and they couldn't have cared less. The chaps at Lincoln were brilliant. We managed to get the vehicle to them they checked it over and fully charged it for us. The care, understanding and customer service was second to none. Many thanks.

I visited this MG dealer in Lincoln on Saturday 13/11/21 i had just bought my MG5 from a dealer up north and had no cable to recharge my car, Keith Hanson who works there put my car on charge which enabled me to travel 100 miles so I could get to a rapid charger at Baldock services to enable me to get home to Slough in Berkshire. I am so grateful for Keith & his colleague Nigel for their help & understanding in my time of need.

My 1998 BMW Z3 hab front end damaged After a vehicle reversed into it. Tom Warner assessed it and his enthusiasm over the vehicle and his attitude that the vehicle Would be repaired not written off filled me with confidence. I collected the vehicle this week, repaired to a very high standard, by a superb set of guys who excel in there work. Big thankyou Tom.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because the service I received was exemplary. After a freak incident involving a caravan, my insurance named Warner's as their authorised body shop. In less than 3 weeks, my car was expertly repaired and I daresay returned to me in better condition than before the accident! Throughout this period, Thomas Warner communicated with me often to provide updates, and nothing was too much trouble.

After I'd collected my car, there were one or two minor adjustments which I'd asked to be made, and these were tended to straight away without any fuss, despite the fact I'd already signed to say I was satisfied with the repair. Thomas Warner is the consummate professional, a real gentleman and not only did he and his team do a stellar job in repairing my car, it was a real pleasure chatting to him on the forecourt.

I have to say the customer service as always is 110% the experience I receive every time is excellent Especially from David Cook and Keith. I have bought both my cars from Charles Warner's and they have been terrific I would recommend Charles Warner's for a new car any day. A family car sales business with two showrooms closeby. Charles Warner sell the Vauxhall range of cars and vans. They are also an agent for the Motability Scheme. The large mechanics workshop is able to offer not only repairs but also servicing and MOT's. The service is always friendly but yet professional.
