A great pity I had to give them a star, a minus would have been better, the worst medical experience of my life from the rudest "nurse" I have ever spoken to. Tried to make a complaintat the time, they tried to do it at the desk him front of an audience asked for a private room was told all full then found one across from the nurse" I was complain ING about, given a tell number for governance, must have been "nurses" sister.

They are the worst run business, will not use company I have ever experienced, must have thrown in the cheapest bid, peanuts and monkeys come to mind. Offical complaint going into NHS England about this bunch of chances, would not surprise me if they are running it from a caravan in a field. Shocking please avoid at all costs

Disgusting attitude of primary care staff, asking questions you don't know answer to, so when you say don't know, they say just yes or no, when your in so much pain having just been discharged from hospital, a little care and compassion would go a long way.left to suffer for a further 6 hrs to sort out myself, these people are supposed to CARE, DISGUSTING.

Seen pretty quick did more for me in a brief appointment then my own GP has done in years
