Fantastic staff team, friendly and helpful. Steve C is lovely, great salesman and passionate about his job and getting you what you need without being pushy. The only downside to the business is the extortionate servicing of your car. Go to an independent garage for this, they're cheaper believe me! Skodas hourly rate is a heart stopper.

We received a great service from Rainworth Skoda in Mansfield. I put in an enquiry online on a car we liked. I was called the next day by Simon Cox who was very good answering my questions. We arranged a visit to the dealership to view and test drive. When we arrived Simon had the car all ready for our test drive. After sorting out the paperwork we went out on our test drive.

After we got back we had a good look around the car and Simon left us to it. Simon answered our questions and was very helpful. We liked the car but decided to think about it for a few days before making a decision. There was no pressure sales tactics at all from Simon which was great. A few days later we decided to buy the car and after a bit of negotiating we put down a deposit on the car.

We arranged collection with Simon and even though he wasn't in on the day he had arranged the collection with his colleague Lala. She was fantastic on the day too. The car was very well prepared and looked like new! After sorting out the paperwork we were on our way. We even got a call from Simon a few days later to check we were happy with the car and if we had any questions. A fantastic service from Rainworth Skoda. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought my Skoda superb here in November 2021. In February it broke down. The team at Rainworth Skoda went above and beyond all expectations. Skoda agreed to replace the engine and the garage were great. It took a while but I cannot thank them enough

Well that was disappointing. Went to purchase the new Fabia after watching the great reviews. After searching for someone to help, I eventually found half a dozen guys tapping on key boards behind a screen and 2 guys chatting. I stood and waiting in full view of everyone and I know the 2 guys had seen me. No one came to ask if I needed help. After waiting a short while and could see no one was bothered I have now pulled up at chesterfield seat to buy the Ibiza. Guys, never be to busy to sell a car.

Brilliant dealership. Craig was very professional straight to the point and felt so easy and simple. Absolutly love the car I bought and being my first car felt even more special. Still after one week of driving my skoda fabia monte carlo I still make excuses to drive it. Very hospitable and would recommend to anyone. I would be making this place my first port of call when I decide to buy another one.

Picked up a new Karoq in October. Excellent service from both David Howley-Oates and Mark Copcutt, great communication throughout purchase and delivery process. Worth the trip from Glasgow to collect for the buying experience alone.

The buying process from Rainworth was excellent - Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. My review is two stars because four months on, I'm left with a faulty vehicle that is incredibly problematic and I cannot get help from Skoda at all (it is still under warranty). My understanding was that I had protection in buying approved used, but this does not seem to be the case in reality.

I have had my new Skoda Karoq a couple of weeks now. It's a beautiful car. I have never been more happy with a car than I now. Its my first time dealing with Rainworth and am very happy, they kepted me upto date all the way through. I used Rainworth as I no someone else that has used them many times before, so knew this was the garage to choose. One very satisfied customer, would recommend to others.

We have recently purchased the Skoda Karoq Sportline and we love it, what a beautiful car to look at and to drive. The purchase was made very easy thanks to Craig who provided a first class service, and also took the time out to give us a call to see if we like the car, Thanks to the excellent service provided by Craig and the team at Skoda Rainworth we know we will be returning when it is time to purchase another car in the future.

Not a bad little dealership. However sales staff could do with being a little more friendly. Also workshop staff need to act more professional infront of customers e.g not swearing within ear shot of customers.

Cannot fault the service received from Rainworth Skoda, in particular Steve in sales. Recently purchased a car from him after some quite difficult circumstances. Steve was nothing but understanding and did everything he could to assist, given the complexity of my situation. Top bloke, top dealership.

A proper Dealership ran like a dealership should be.went to look at a Monte Carlo Fabia for our daughter where we saw Phil Meakin who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product, there was no pressure to buy and everything about the purchase was fully explained. When we arrived to pick the car up Phil greeted us and we were shown round the car and all features were explained fully and any questions we had were answered.

The car is amazing. The whole process of buying the car from walking through the door of the dealership to picking the car up was excellent, no pressure and very relaxed atmosphere. If only other dealership were like.

I have recently purchased a second hand Skoda (Roomster) from Rainworth. We were treated brilliantly by Steve for a smooth sale and exchange of our Citigo. Definitely recommend them.

I'm not new to the Skoda Brand or to Rainworth Skoda as this purchase was our 14th Family Skoda. But I usually deal with Steve Cantrell and we are in the middle of Covid-19 restrictions so this buying experience was very different. The majority of our negotiations were done by telephone but Lala Pinnick was always polite and always returned calls as agreed making the process easy and stress free.

On pick up day all preparation and servicing work had been done as agreed and although we were behind masks and screens it was still relaxed and enjoyable experience. A test of a dealership is really when you have issues and on getting home I did spot a couple of cosmetic issues I'd missed on the viewing and test drive. A quick call to Lala Pinnick and all was sorted quickly and efficiently.

Another 5 star buying experience from Rainworth Skoda. And to add we've just picked up No15, a Fabia 1.0TSi DSG from Steve Cantrell. Smooth and easy and a great deal. Very pleased with the car and we know we'll be looked after if there are any issues. Another 5 stars

I purchased and picked my new car up yesterday and I have to say I had the best experience and can not recommend Layla enough! The whole process was so relaxed, she was not pushy but so relaxed and reassuring, nothing was to much to ask or trouble. Layla had so much time for me and was amazing at her job! Impresions after being there few times- place have no interest or whatsoever in supporting Skoda owners in any way unless can be made of you. There is absolutely no way I would buy a car from there just to be stuck with that kind of support afterwards. Have dealt with VW, Citroen, BMW dealerships amongst others and this is only place I do not want to return.

Awful service from Steve Cantrell at Rainworth Skoda Mansfield. From the outset the service was terrible. Every document received was different and seemed to be made up on the fly. Not ideal when a customer is spending 28k+. The same excuse over and over "it's because of the lockdown". Also never received any documentation regarding the GAP insurance I paid for either. Luckily only 325. Unsurprisingly I won't be recommending Rainworth Skoda to anyone.
