Disappointed. What had been a positive experience is now a nightmare. No warranty or breakdown details given. Loads of problems with the car.

Bought a car from here late last year. First impressions were positive but turns out the car needed 10,000 worth of repairs done to the roof. Which I was not made aware of whatsoever. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Wouldn't go back if you paid me.

I bought a Daihatsu Sirion from Winchester car sales on March 11th, collecting it on March 19th 2022 I dealt with Richard on both occasions and also via telephone. This 'Gentleman' was always courteous and sincere. He went above and beyond expectations from previous experiences I have had when purchasing a second hand car. He even put 10 in the tank so I didn't need to get anxious about finding petrol immediately! I can recommend this establishment 100% and that just leaves me to say a big "Thank you Richard"

*******DO NOT USE****** ZERO STARS ****** Absolute appalling company to buy a used car from. Bought a 4*4 that broke down in the first week of purchase. 14 day grace, the clock was ticking. They agreed to fix the suspension problem, it's wasn't fixed, they suggested 12 month warranty for the car as I had requested a refund. Second time the car broke down, the doors wouldn't lock, the third time the battery wouldn't stay charged.

Each time I requested a refund, I had put 80 worth of diesel in the car and it came back empty, the miles were racked up also. After taking them to deadlock, I got a refund which was less than what I paid for a car I had driven 3* because they apparently lost a sale. The sales man has more patter than a caterpillar with clogs on, he's a fraudster to say the least and will take your money then cast blame upon you for a car that is broken. Trading standards are the next step.

Go to this place if you want to wait weeks/months for your new vehicle. They don't get them checked until someone puts a deposit down then you will wait for weeks/months until all repairs are done. You will then struggle to get your deposit back. I only got my deposit back because i made a claim in the small claims court. I lost 70 through court fees but at least they didn't have all my deposit.

Day after day they said my deposit will be refunded. Glad I didn't take the mitsubishi ralliart.in the end. Word of advice winchester car sales. SORT YOUR CARS BEFORE PUTTING UP FOR SALE

Very open and transparent car company to deal with. Extremely helpful with informative option's and choices on a selected range cars. I recommend Winchester cars for reliable and helpful quality car sales and service.

Disappointing that I reserved a car as it sounded ideal, only to find cigarette burns in the seats and obviously a smokers car. No mention of this on the details, but no refund given.beware. P.S. we could not see the T&C's of a reservation as the webpage didn't open.

Winchester Car Sales are a small and very friendly place. Just a great independent place to get a car. Mr Solomon is very friendly, helpful always available and he cares about the customer. No pushy sale tactics, no pressure, no gimmicks. Just relaxed and honest. I bought my car a month ago and when initial gremlins showed up I received great help and I was listened to.

I would highly recommend this garage if anyone is looking for their next car. And no they do not pay me for this. I genuinely like them and would be very happy to get another car from them.

Was able to view vehicle asap. Easy process and negotiated on price. Mileage was nearly 5k higher than it was advertised with. Sold with full service history but missing a stamp. And log book has never turned up. So had to pay 25. Would potentially use again.

Had the car one year am very pleased thanks to sol for all his support after sale and still call up to have look around. I will definitely be back for me next car me and Mrs.

I can highly recommend Winchester Car Sales. Only bought myself a cheap runabout, but Paul stayed way past their closing time for me to view the car, and didn't push me into making my decision, and gladly let me take the car for a test drive. Collected the car and I'm made up with it. Great people great service, great cars.

Friendly staff. Really fast and efficient service. Little bit pricey on some cars and more than fair on others. Good selection but a real mixed bag

Had 2 cars from Winchester Cars and both experiences have been good. The staff are not pushy and were very helpful, both before and after the sales. Part exchange values given for my old cars were reasonable. Bought a Mondeo from them 10,000 +miles ago, they allowed a full independent AA inspection of the car before I purchased. The car did have have a very slight/minor dent to the front wing and I would have preferred it be fixed before I bought it, but got the car at a good price, so accepted the compromise.

The car came without a code for the radio, I returned 2 months later (after I discovered this) to try and obtain the code. With no questions asked, I was sent to a local garage to rectify the situation, free of charge. Most used car dealers would not even care you exist after 2 months, let alone help you in this way. The car, so far, has been bullet proof.

The only concern with Winchester Cars is they do very little cosmetically to the cars they take in. Most of the cars need a good valet as they are often dirty inside and out. This will put some buyers off and I am sure that if this small problem was rectified, sales would increase. However, it has been my experience that underneath the dust, rough diamonds are hiding at a good price. Would I buy from them again? Yes. Would I advise family and friends to buy from them? Yes and have.
