Good for OEM prices but are better prices and offers on the other dealers and the program is 24h but after 1700 nobody answer

Last week I bought the 70 plate sprinter from Northside truck and van Leeds. They told me it's been inspect properly.but I think they Didn't properly. The side door I couldn't open it. Also the break makes noise at the back Really bad service really disappointed. Very bad.

Avoid at all costs - unless you like being slapped with invoices for work you never agreed to have completed at extortionate rates. Shocking customer service for an official garage. I was messed around non-stop and it was quite clear that the sooner I was rid of, the better. At no point during the entire booking process or during my visit to drop off/pick up my vehicle was I quoted for some work which was carried out - instead I was charged via an invoice that arrived in the post a week later.

They have not even been bothered to reply to my emails regarding said invoice, instead choosing to continuously pester me with payment requests. You can be sure I will not be going back.

Brilliant service, triaged within the day and fixed straight away. Vehicle back on the road ASAP

A service that says that the car does not start, which is not the original key, when the engine warms up, it does not start. They did not check the reason, only said the wine was not the original key

Definitely a garage to avoid. Took our van here for a service and MOT. Given a quote for the work needed 3,300 this after 4 hrs was increased to 4,200 and I was presented with a final invoice of over 5k. Don't bother with with a written quote as they don't stand by them anyway. Went to pick up the van and was told I would have to go into there dangerous busy yard to bring it around to the front as they were too busy and couldn't be bothered (there words).

The battery was flat and the hand brake didn't work correctly. O I suppose we can jump it off for you as someone has left the lights on. An hour later we left. We took it to another garage to sort the hand brake out. This garage clearly isn't supported by Mercedes Benz as the staff are unhappy to help and really don't care if anyone goes there or not. They are too busy to care. One star is one too many. Strange really as I did go here for a few years but after this event I've not been back since.

Poor service avoid at all costs Staff are rude and unhelpful

Had a fault with my truck few months ago with Actros gear box could not book it in for 2 weeks to get done and including night heater then got sent to another dealer very disappointing when it is regular truck on a 6 week service plan a bit frustrating, 5 star for the mechanic yesterday for fixing truck and minor replacement jobs and doing my 6 weekly check thank you

Just collected my lovely new Vito. Special mention to lovely sales girl Emily. Very attentive and more importantly she was herself. She is a credit to the brand and company and she deserves the recognition. Unfortunately sales people get trapped into the 'pitch' and begin to sound robotic. Now I just need a bulk head window
