It's a car sales business. I went there and bought a car. Not an unpleasant experience (apart from parting with my money).

Really good customer service from David. Very helpful and made the whole experience of purchasing a car easy and straightforward. No hard selling and knew exactly what I was after. Car was presented very clean inside and out. Would definitely recommed. Many thanks.

I bought a car from here and have now had it for 4 months, great car and had no issues so far, but as others have said the car I bought was supposed to have a full valet, also there were some issues I wanted sorting as they wouldn't move on the price, 1 - To get the Alloy refurbished as had a nasty gash 2- a small dent on drivers door 3- a valet After going back a week later, the dent on the door looked worse, and sales guy said they couldn't do it as the dent was on the door bar, but thought they try anyway. Alloy still the same said they couldn't do it, Well they said they gave it a valet, hmm I beg to differ. But overall I'm happy with the car.

I recently financed a car from Claydon Autos, I dealt with the salesman named David. Initially he was lovely, as all car salesmen are. Once we had chosen our car the after service was quite frankly disgusting, bearing in mine the car is still under warranty. We were told the car had been valeted to which it hadn't, the interior and exterior were filthy.

The car also had a perished tyre on it with holes in it. I was told there was a spare car, I never received a spare key. I contacted David on numerous occasions about these issues, he denied all knowledge of course. I then tried to take this higher in which David pretended to be his boss Billy sending me emails. I then tried to contact Billy to put in an official complaint, three weeks later I haven't had the email or phone call I was told I'd be receiving. All in all terrible service, very poor aftercare and I would avoid at all costs! Especially David! He is a con man and a liar.

Bought a great car at a reasonable price at Claydon Autos. Andy was salesman, very personable, friendly, no pressure salesman. Test drove and inspected vehicle at my leisure, again no pressure. Paperwork was quick and simple, great buying experience.

Would like to say a big thank you to Andy for being a great salesman. Very patient and not intrusive. Overall, very satisfied with customer service. Jasmine!
