Superb. Bought an XJ a month ago, slight issue, which I offered to patch. No he says, we'll sort it with original Jag parts. Fully attentive even though he was off for Christmas break! Boyd absolutely cares about the cars he sells and the customers he sells them to. Buy here with confidence - they're one of the very few used car dealers that really do sell cars for a living, not just for money.

What a lovely bunch of people they are. We travelled up from South Wales to buy a car we had seen online but changed our mind on the make and model once we got there. I decided to get a two seater roadster instead. They were so accommodating and nothing seemed to phase them. They also gave me a good price on the car I was putting in as part exchange. I would definitely recommend Adam, Dave and the team here. They have lovely prestige cars at very reasonable prices

After sales support is a bit meh, didn't respond to a message asking for help with an error so sorted elsewhere and sent the invoice. Paid after several weeks of chasing and was very aggressive via text. Car has been good since then however.

Had an all round good experience. Travelled from London and the car was exactly as described and photographed. Spoke to a few different guys on the phone and all knew what they were talking about. Very no nonsense and transparent at all stages - felt the price was fair for my part-ex as well as the purchase. They honoured their warranty without any hassle also when a minor with the car issue arose. Would buy from them again.

Fabulous experience, first we popped in so my partner could look for something more robust than her grand picasso c4 as we fish, airsoft, & for dogs etc, we dealt with adam who was great, she ended up buying a nissan x. trail, they gave her a fair trade in on her car, so few days later i enquired about trading my mercedes-benz in for a bmw x5 even though it was motd they still put a year on it, then i had issue with finance, iwas gutted adam said he would keep it for a few days even though i thought deal was dead, iwe managed to sort finance, they stayed till late to make sure all was ok, so im a proud owner of the bmw x5 they all worked hard to help, yes they are making money that's their chosen profession but they made things simple, polite & professional & we had a laugh, very good experience from start to finish, so big thank you from me & steph.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID these people! Rude, aggressive and patronising are just a few words to describe them. I viewed one of their cars in November 2015 and they don't like being asked questions at all. I simply asked standard questions i.e. If the car I was interested in had been HPI checked and was told yes all their cars are HPI checked, however because of the shifty and quite frankly rude attitude I felt something wasn't right (the car had already been there for months without being reduced) so I asked a mechanic to look at the car for me and he believed the car to have previously had considerable front end damage so maybe not HPI checked after all? Needless to say I didn't buy this car and it is still sat on their forecourt. They obviously think the consumer to be stupid.

I bought a J10,000 Range Rover from these so called reputable dealers. In 5 weeks of ownership I have had to spend J4,000 on items not covered by their so called warranty, and still if I want the car right I need to spend another J2,000. Their excuse, 'well you bought a second hand car' DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY! I can not put into words my feeling about these people, I can only advise that people do not go near them.

I have recently purchased my second vehicle from this company and again I am very satisfied with my new car and the service provided. I find the courteous manner in which they have dealt with me, to be pleasing in this modern day. Straight dealing, no quibbles. They have made the purchasing and changing of my cars, straight forward and stress free. Have already recommended this company to friends and family.

Responded to an advertisment on Pistonhead. Viewed the car, The windscreen and Pistonhead description included the following features.

Tiptronic Gearbox

CD Multichanger.

Heated Seats. Park Distance Control.

Electrically Operated driver and passenger seats. We test drove the car which performed well so we made the purchase. Upon arriving home we started to check out the features and familiarise ourselves with the extras only to find that not one of the widely advertised features existed.

We called the garage who acknowledged total liability (In writing) and offered to refund our money. Upon returning the car we drew the salesmans attention to the fact that we had suffered financial loss through their serious misdescription including the administration costs of changing the details of the insured car to the Mercedes then back to our original car.

I offered to split the cost of the changes 50/50 with them. The company rep' said he would put our proposal to the owner. Despite several letters over the past month, our proposal has never been acknowledged nor have they had the common courtesy of responding to me in any way.

Making this review is part of a last resort to reach a closure to the matter.

We feel potential customers should be made aware of the level of service they can expect. These people are best avoided if you want to deal with a decent and honourable company!
