Saw a Golf R estate for sale that was considerably cheap compared to the average sale price. I enquired and Ben called me the following day. I drove up to them on the following Saturday (was late as I lost my wallet the night before) and Ben still made sure that I was able to view and test drive the car. I went on the Wednesday to get the papers signed, the finance company were taking a while to release the funds but Ben kept on their case and eventually got it pushed through on the same day so I didn't have to do another 4 hour round trip.
Even though I only dealt with Ben, all the staff were really friendly and always there to assist. Excellent customer service, they know all there is about the cars and I highly recommend both Ben and the company.

Recently bought a vehicle from Euro Motor Company, the service from start to finish was first class! I dealt with Jeff throughout the process and he managed to arrange an extremely quick turnaround in just 24 hours and even beat a finance quote, I received from a national company. When I arrived, he continued the excellence service with a very relaxed car showround at my own pace and a test drive.
I felt at ease and assured throughout and everything was explained to me at each stage of the process. I travelled over 80 miles for the car and so was nervous about after sales service, but Jeff arranged a 12 month warrenty to use throughout the UK. I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you Jeff and The Euro Motor Company, made my weekend and I love the car (BMW 220D) cheers! I will definitely come back

Found car I wanted on auto trader spoke with Ben initially who set up the sale. He let me know he would be on holiday when we wanted to pick up the car and it would be Shane who we would be dealing with. Found him and Jeff to be very helpful and a very smooth handover. Arrived home in Aberdeen after a smooth drive very happy with my purchase and the service from the team.

From the moment I arrived at this family run business I was welcomed offered beverages made to feel welcome with no pressure or harsh sales man. Shane the sales man was down to earth honest and listened to my needs. He explained everything in terms I could understand and found me my dream car. Nothing was to much trouble. I had come here from having a bad experience at a main dealership.
I drove home in my beautiful white Mercedes at a fraction of the price I thought it would be. Communication all the way through was excellent. Service excellent there's absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. Ask for Shane you will not be disappointed.
