I've just bought a Fiesta ST Line from this car garage. Excellent car at a great price as well as great prices for part exchanges! amazing customer service from Brad and his dad from the day I looked at the car to the day I picked it up. Could not fault the dealership one bit. Would definitely go back!

I honestly can't comprehend how amazing the quality of customer service was that I received here. I wasn't ever expecting to come out from purchasing a car feeling like this is possibly the best service I've ever received from anywhere, everyone I dealt with from start to finish was more than helpful in assisting me to find the right car. I will never look anywhere else to purchase a car again and I would definitely recommended if you are undecisive about buying a car then you need to visit here first! Thanks again!

Bought a car from here on two occasions, and I must say, what a great team father and son are. Very friendly great knowledge the cars I bought have been great runners. Recommended.

Extremely poor service! Tried to negotiate the price of a Mercedes, didnt budge on the price (which he as the right to obviously), so we agreed to pay the full price, he asked for a deposit and just as i was about to drop the deposit to him he called me and said my son posted the car and he has posted it for the the same amount it has cost us! so increased the price by a 1000.

His son actually mentioned to us that he was getting a lot of enquiries about this one and they were selling it really cheap. he increased the price because he was getting a lot of enquiries not because of the cost! unprofessional for a guy who says he has been selling cars for 40+ years! if you agree a price do not back down thats the principle of business! agreeing to a price and then changing it because of the high volume of enquiries is greed!

Went to view a Nissan Qashqui which was very clean and much better than others we'd seen, dealt with a young salesman who was very friendly and professional. He took the time to speak to us and spoke to my other half to answer all of her questions. Allowed us to test drive etc. We ended up buying the car and will be collecting it this weekend.

Finally a pleasant experience buying a used car. Gary is Friendly and totally professional. I love my Astra Tourer. It's in superb condition. I thought I had an issue, Gary said to bring it over straight away. Once it was inspected it was clear it was a minor issue (due to extremely low miles on a 9 year old diesel) which was resolved with a fuel treatment and a run on the motorway. I would highly recommend Wallace Car Sales.

Finally a car sale with no pressure great service and an even better car. A must go to place car drives like a dream and has ZERO faults

I recieved great service all the way through purchasing my car, Bradley is very professional and will do all the he can for you. I did have an issue with my car but they did sort it for me; I was booked in next day and my car was sorted that day although they were busy. I'm very impressed and if I do ever need a new car I will be back.

The car dealer didn't want to give me the value of my car part exchange because he expected it to be less, so he decided it wasn't worth his while, time or effort 4000for a looked after golf gti? There's a sign on his forecourt saying we buy cars for cash, rubbish car dealer you won't sell many cars in the current covid situation market with that attitude and I saw through that straight away, so will other customers.

Purchased a 2014 Volvo in November and had to return in January with a rear door lock issue. No problem at all. Left the car returned home with a loan car and collected the volvo a couple of days later repaired. No problem at all. Very impressed and would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone
