Amazing service as always. I have been using Smallbones garage for many years. I would not take my car anywhere else. Martin and Vince are honest and trustworthy. Can not recommend this garage enough!

I have used this garage ever since I moved into the area over thirty years ago and have always found them to offer excellent service and the staff polite and helpful.

I bought my car from Smallbones after being recommended by a friend. Its been fabulous, and I have no worry taking it back for MOT and service trusting them to do only what's needed and no extra. Friendly people, and I'm pleasantly surprised at the bill.

Anything to do with Cars is expensive these days but at least at Smallbone and Sons you know you will get what you pay for and and great friendly professional service. If you have any concerns about being ripped off by a car dealership then simply use these guys and have no worries. We have used this garage since the mid 80s and my Father had every car he owned since then from Smallbones and I had a few as well. Dad passed away but he would want me to thank Martin and the team for all their hard work and great service. Cheers Guys.

I began using Smallbone & Son for all aspects of my vehicle maintenance in about 2001 and always received an excellent, professional service and good value. They were recommended to me by neighbours in Bournville who said what a good service they provided. They sourced two of my vehicles for me, both of which I was really pleased with and again, I was very satisfied with the price of both.

Despite living 14 miles away, my parents also became loyal customers of Smallbone's. I only stopped using Smallbone in 2018, and that was purely because when my last car needed replacing urgently, I knew which make and model I wanted as a replacement, and a specialist garage had the exact car I wanted, at the right price, available exactly when I needed it.

Since then I have continued to use the specialist garage for maintenance as I have moved home, slightly further away from Smallbone. Other than that, I received 17 years of excellent service and would highly recommend them.

I bought a used car from this dealer, a Vauxhall astra club, it was a 12 year old car that drives like a car less than half its age, and for the price I paid I feel it was good value for money.as I have always bought new cars buying a used one was going to be a new experience for me, i needed a company that was honest and this dealer tick all the boxes.i found the customer service excellent, very helpful all the way.i will use this dealer for sevice and mot as it has its own workshop attached to the show room.i can highly recommended this company.

I bought my car from here! We'd been scouring used car dealerships forever and it was a constant struggle between my other half being sensible and wanting something with low mileage and a decent sized engine with low running costs - and my desire for cupholders and aircon. Fortunately we finally found it here, at Smallbones. The staff were fab and patient and introduced us to Bubba (our blue Agila) and whilst it wasn't love at first site (Bubba looks like a blue Postman pat van converted into a car), it totally ticked both our boxes and the price was perfect too.

There was something much more reassuring about buying a car from a family run business that had been there forever (since 1936!), rather than from a faceless man in a shiny suit in a massive car lot. Once Bubba's time is up (not to jinx him or anything!) we'll be heading back here to find a replacement. Hopefully not anytime soon though!

Family run businesses are something of a rarity these days, so it is nice when you find a business proudly standing by traditional values. Smallbone and Son have been selling and repairing cars in the Selly Oak area for years now and have a revered standing within the local community. They are good honest people who run a good honest business. Although my knowledge of cars is limited it doesn't take a genius to see that for a small establishment they have a good selection and on top of that good prices also.

I hope that Smallbone and Son can continue to pass on their excellent business ethos to many more generations of the family as it would be a sad day should another establishment of this nature close its doors for good.

This is a independent car dealership and service centre that has been a fixture of Raddlebarn Road for many, many years. The livery on the side of the building has a quaint 1950s feel to it, which I always find rather welcoming, for some reason. They have a decent selection of cars available, which are parked out on the street during their opening hours.

Their window display also has a whiteboard showing their full stock list. Their repair and MOT centre does a brisk trade. As I have a pretty old car I have trouble with it from time-to-time and I always ask the fellas there to take a look. Most of the time they simply offer advice (such as the time my wife left the car without petrol in it.rather embarrassing!) but on the odd occasions they have done actual work on the car they have always been reasonable in their estimates and prices. Recommended!

I am a complete novice when it comes to cars and I think reputable garages are worth their weight in gold. I have used Smallbone for my Nissan car for over 4 years for its MOT test and they have always been friendly and efficient. The car was originally bought from that garage as well by a friend of mine. They talk through any issues that they think may arise in the next year in a way that I can understand and I have always found their charges to be reasonable.

They are a family run firm which no doubt helps. My partner has now started taking his car to them as well as we have had consistently good service and trust that they won't be looking for work to do where there isn't a problem!
