Top service from Steve, I was really disappointed when the car we went to look at was sold when we got there, gave Steve all my details incase another car came in the same spec etc the following day he rang to say the finances of the other buyer had fallen through and the car was now available, we had a test drive and finalised the deal, easy no hard sell a very pleasant experience would not hesitate to recommend to others top marks

Just bought a Mercedes A Class today. First spoke with Jody who kept me informed of everything and arranged a day to come down. The car was waiting outside on arrival, gleaming. We spoke with Jody, had a test drive, everything was as advertised, so was really happy to go ahead. I had a check list of things to ask Jody about the car, he beat me to it and told me and had everything I needed/wanted for my documents.
The car would be due its first MOT in October but Jody got me a full 12 months MOT put on which is great and I didn't expect it. I'm thrilled with the service received and the car is fantastic. I will definitely be back to Belgrave Motors in the next few years when I am upgrading my car. Thank you to Jody for all his hard work and the Belgrave team.

Tip top service! Initially I spoke to a chap named Steven via Instagram and explained exactly what I was looking for. Long behold, within two weeks Steven pops up in my messenger with the car of my dreams. I popped to see the vehicle with my own eyes and was blown away! Within 3 weeks I was driving away with the car of my dreams after searching long and far for months. I will 100% be coming back and would 100% recommend Belgrave motors. This is my second review my first review when I bought the car and how the sales went through with excellent service but my second review is for after buying the car I had an issue with the car and Nick was an amazing I was worried about it but truly Nick was Top man and he delivered what he promised he took care of everything I wouldn't buy car from anywhere else, thank you Nick for being absolutely professional.

This is worth a read. I have had issues with my car BUT all where resolved and communication was excellent service was excellent. i am a 54 yr old male and I expect a good warranty when buying cars, I have bought from Audi (main dealers) and dealt with Mercedes in Doncaster on Wheatley Hall Road whom could learn from Belgrave motor company. I would also like to say thank you to Jody for all his efforts (I know its his job) but faultless well done I would also say carry on doing what your doing! After collecting our new expensive vehicle, we realised we did not have all we should have in the car. We contacted them back only to be treated in the most disgusting manner. If the staff would have been working for a Main Dealer they would not have lasted five minutes. Do not bother speaking to them never mind negotiating a deal. They will not fulfil their promises. They just smile when they take your money and after that forget it.

Warning!!! Be careful when buying a car from this company i was sold a car with no catalytic converters cost over J2400 in investigating and fixing the problem also was told the turbo whistle which was louder enough to hear was normal its not don't let them tell you it is, if they fix a problem ask for the bill of work before you pay for the car, they told me they were fixing an engine valve but turned out to be replaceing the turbo. Which they used a re-manufactured turbo not approved by garrett so not by BMW.
