I recently brought a car from the Bedmond Motor Centre. The customer service from Martin and Mark was superb both were honest and down to earth they both made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of my used car. They answered all questions that I asked. If you're after a used car I would highly recommend this garage and the two car sales men

Just bought my car from Bedmond motors and I couldn't be happier. The car has had no problems and in great condition. The service they offer is very professional and top notch. Great company and great staff that work for them. I would 100% recommend them! I will be buying another car from them in the future!

Bedmond Motors have been sublime to deal with. The staff were not only extremely knowledgeable, but they too were accommodating, professional, approachable, and down-to-earth (unlike a lot of car dealers). No issue was too large or too small and they made the whole process painless and seamless. I couldn't recommend Bedmond Motors more highly! It was an absolute pleasure to buy from them.

Purchased a car recently. Asked for some minor damage to the front to be sorted before pick up and was agreed. Half was done. Been waiting for a paint stick from Honda. I have offered to pop in on my way past a couple of times. But touch up stick has not appeared. Call me old fashioned but customer should not be doing the chasing. Tyre also had two massive side wall tears.
I am sure I was blind when I looked at this car. Should of knocked a grand off. Mechanical sound but aesthetically nope. Previous owner must of had a pet bear, had a glitter explosion and hit every curb in the country.

I bought my first car from bedmond motor Center approximately 5 months ago, they valeted the car for me and serviced it for me too. It's been the perfect first car and have had no problems with it at all. I dealt with both Nick and Martin and they were both very nice and honest and gave me a really good deal. I'm really happy with the car and the service that I received and I can't express enough how happy I am that I got my car though them. I would definitely recommend!

Well where do I start. Firstly I would just like to say Mark and Martin are amazing. Their customer service is top notch. From the beginning of the process of getting my car to the end, everything went smoothly. They really went above and beyond for me. I had such a lovely experience at Bedmond Motor Centre. I would 100% recommend this place. They will make you feel at ease and very welcome. They are very knowledgeable and will always recommend what's best. Thank you for a great experience. Visited the show room today. Wife and I were very pleased with the car viewing. Enjoyed the test drive, able to test the car at decent speed. Documents well explained and warranty options was also well explained. Mark was very thorough and honest about the vehicle. He talked about all the pros and cons. Mark was very accomodating. All questions answered.
We visited big show rooms, like big motoring world and was let down by pushy sales. Its good to shop with smaller businesses they look after you more thank you for today. Marks colleague was also very helpful.

If Del Boy and Rodney owned a car lot! Purchased a car on agreement a few things would be fixed with the sale. Wheel refurbishment, scratches polished off and a chrome moulding. Well that's was all pleasant and money exchanged. When I arrived to collect the car, none of it was done but given every assurance it would be sorted and plausible reasoning why it hadn't (little did I know). Drove car home only to return the very next day as the front suspension made a horrible noise. Required full replacement and lucky a good local garage was at hand and honest despite the call from the car lot to them asking a "cheap job", luckily the garage were honest.
Less then 2 weeks, car back in as it sounded like a jet engine. Wheel bearings completely gone. Since then, like many previous customers experienced, you basically get excuses every time you call and nothing ever gets done! 3 months later the paint is still on order with Peugeot ( it's missed every weekly delivery date for 3 months) and the chrome moulding costs to much money for their lip service agreement ( they looking every day on eBay, I am sure I will get it soon as it's been 3 months).
They buy cars from auction, give it a quick clean and hope for the best. They promise what they need for the sale and then make excuses. In fact I witnessed them asking the garage to " stamp the service book on that car also" followed by a wink wink, which clearly indicates they don't even do that, how else would my car have all these issues with 1 owner and 23k on the clock, or the previous customers reviews who had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from this dealership. If you are lucky enough to check their reviews before visiting. Stay clear, save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere!

We brought a car back in July, we made sure we got warranty on the car because we had bad experience with other car dealerships in the past. We brought the car because we was due a third child in August and needed a car that could fit 3 car seats in the back. We looked at this one car for hours because we wanted to learn all about it. We even had my dad ring up and talk to Martin as he had gotten his car here too.
Everything went so well we brought the car brought it home. Exchanged our old car and paid in full and paid for warranty on the car. The a/c went and we rang up and they were very good to get that in and added stuff to it and fixed the issue no problem. Now for weeks my husband has been ringing them and been fobbed off that Martin will ring him back and he hasn't.
The wind screen washer don't work. The water jets have gone. The motor needs replacing. So we ring still in warranty and they said they would look at it. Looked at the car and ordered the part. Told part would be in on Thursday 28th OCTOBER and booked car in to be fixed Friday 29TH OCTOBER to be fixed. My husband drove all the way there to be told the part wasn't delivered and that it be the next Tuesday. Tuesday came and went my husband rang and nope nothing told he get a call back.
He didn't. He has been chasing them up for weeks to be told Martin will be in contact and he isn't. He never rings back and my husband has left his number with them multiple times! At this rate we will get better service at a different garage to fix the fault and be asking for the warranty money back as they didn't follow the agreement or be billing them what it cost to fix at a different garage. With all the chasing up we will not be recommending to anyone. Once they have the money for the car they stop caring about their customers.

The best experience ever! Cannot express how exceptional the service was from start to finish of getting my car. I expressed to Nick and Martin at Bedmond Motors what i wanted and what i was looking for, they made me feel so valued and listened to everything. I had a timeframe to get my new car and they made sure it was completed quickly and efficiently.
Myself not being that knowledgeable within the car industry, i felt like they always had my best interest at heart and advised me on what would be best for me personally. The car arrived in perfect condition and the collection process was quick and easy! if your thinking of buying from them - highly recommend!x
