Not to be trusted. And haven't changed in the years I have known. Took my car in my 3rd service around 2014 to be told needed almost 1000 worth of work! Went elsewhere, mot passed - nothing wrong. Had another fiat last year - didn't want to set foot inside but car I wanted locally. Noticed advisory before buying - and a fresh mot given after. So asked oh has it been done? 'Oh yes of course always would sort things advisories'.
Year later, taken for mot at my trusted mechanic, unless I have used another set of brake pads in 4000 miles it was never touched! Pity the poor owner of my old car I part exchanged. Openly told them it needed a new exhaust plus more.

We visited the Wolverhampton branch today, we were greeted by Courtney and finalised our deal with Jared. Jared is an asset to Stoneacre, he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He answered all my questions and ensured we went away happy customers. Truly felt valued as a customer and there was no pushy sales from him.

I recently bought an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Stoneacre. I received very good service from the team there. Courtney was my primary contact and she was excellent. She called me a couple of days after I picked the car up to make sure everything was OK. Nothing has been too much trouble. So far my experience has been very positive. Recommended.

This is our 2nd car that we've had through Stoneacre and would highly recommend this branch to anyone. Courtney in Sales at Wolverhampton branch was absolutely fantastic, super helpful, friendly but professional and was brilliant with our 14yr old daughter. She's definitely a credit to the company! We wouldn't go anywhere else now to buy our cars.

We purchased a Vauxhall mokka from will and we couldn't be happier. The service given from will was fantastic, he was great at keeping in touch and listening to what we need from a car and kept me updated each day with what came in. Eventually he said "he's got the perfect car" and he was right, sold us a fantastic mokka that is great for us. Handover was seamless very professional making sure all aspects including tax and insurance was taken care of. Will most certainly be happy returning for another car when it's due to change. Thanks again will - and get back in that gym!

Stoneacre Wolverhampton have been brilliant with both my daughter, and myself. From the workshop to the sales, we have always been treated extremely well, and prices have always been reasonable. Recently My daughter brought a brand new jeep 4xe from them. Right from walking through the door, part ex on her old car, to driving out in the new one, it was an excellent experience. I myself use this branch for servicing and repairs of my own car, and i am always met with friendly happy and knowledgeable staff.

Amy and Russell are both excellent in service and certainly both do credit to themselves and the dealership. My only gripe is sometimes you can't talk to the branch directly and end up with the head office which loses the personal effect and takes away some of the importance of being a customer. Service work for us has always been of a high quality and service and both Amy and Russell are brilliant at looking after us.

I bought a great, well priced car but made the mistake of purchasing the extended warranty. When I got home I realised that the warranty did not cover some of the items that the salesman promised. It also tied me to Stoneacre servicing for 5 years. I decided to cancel the policy immediately but it took 3 months and numerous emails and phone calls to get my money back. My advice is to avoid all their numerous extra warranty schemes.
