Bought our car here 2yrs ago and purchased their 2yr mot & service deal. Car just had its 2nd mot/service and came back all washed and valeted.1st class.

Recently purchased a wonderful example of the BMW 2 series 7-seater from Bridgend this week. The customer service has been absolutely fantastic, from a blind sale to driving off. Good communication through out, fresh MOT, fresh service, new tyres, great job on the valeting. Gerry had even gone to quite literally the extra mile and picked us up from the train station The drive back to Blackpool was without incident and Gerry's directions out of Ayrshire were spot on. Saved us going through Glasgow via the sat nav!

Just bought my 2nd van from Bridgend, fantastic vans both time and a great service all round, top class customer service from Mykell Bell at the kilwinning showroom.

Traded my Mercedes Vito van for a newer one. Bridgend had various Vitos (and plenty of other things too) at a good range of prices. Mykell at Kilwinning very pleasant & efficient to deal with and not at all pushy. Van appears excellent; a couple of little snaggings were dealt with promptly, efficiently and with no quibbles. Recommended.

Tremendous service from Graeme Patrick. Car exactly as described, good value on part exchange and all round seamless, hassle-free process. Online portal is excellent for a distance buyer like me. The guys in the valet shop deserve equal praise. I viewed the car initially before it had been prepared, slightly tired paintwork, few chips etc, to be expected on a car of this age and mileage. On collection, I was absolutely knocked out by the finish that had been achieved. All round exceptional experience and would highly recommend.

Bought a car remotely from the saleman Mykell and as a former car saleman myself I can say he was excellent. He described the car accurately and ensured that it was prepped to very high standard for me to collect, without me even asking the Bridgend replaced the missing parcel shelf and he even went and put some diesel in for me to get me back to Manchester.

The internet has made car buying very competitive and the only thing that splits a good process from a bad one these days is customer service and I can hands down without any shadow of a doubt recommend Mykell and Bridgend. Recently bought a car from Bridgend. A super straightforward process with an excellent sales rep, Peter, who was happy to answer any question. Very pleased with the service and would thoroughly recommend.

My experience with Bridgend was excellent. The salesman Mykell knew everything about the car and made the process extremely easy and smooth. The car was exactly how it was described in the advert and was serviced and cleaned before picking it up making the whole process excellent with nothing to fault.

Friendly place, super customer care, approachable staff. It has been a pleasure to meet Graeme, he is a really nice guy. Great car selection and straight forward car buying experience.

The service i received was that good i returned on the same day and bought a lovely ford focus which is a great car. Everything was done exactly the way it was first explained to me and any queries were answered straight away. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Just bought my new car from bridgend motors in Kilwinning. Their service was amazing seen the car on Sunday and was ready to be picked up on Tuesday. They gave my car into the work shop to make sure everything was in tip top condition and okay for me to drive away with no issues at all. Peter was fantastic and everything was straight forward. Took the car for a test drive and signed for it as soon as I came back.

The interior was immaculate and came with full service history. So many amazing cars to choose from. I would definitely buy again from them. I also had plenty of fuel in the tank which was a bonus . One happy customer

Purchased my car last week from Bridgend Garage with the help of a very knowledgeable and courteous sales executive. I hadn't made a final decision on make or model but after listening to my requirements and offering suggestions and information about cars I was interested in, Peter McLauchlan knew exactly what car he thought would suit me even before I did!

WARNING...my son purchased an Audi A3 from Bridgend Group start November 2015 on 2008 reg, car was reputed to be 2 owners and everything seemed fine at this point, I stupidly thought that Bridgend was a reputed long established dealer whom could be trusted...WRONG. After son owning car which he purchased for J8000 his circumstances changed and decided that car had to be sold, we advertised car as private seller and had various interest with people coming to see doing an hpi and then never hearing anything back until one prospective buyer asked why am I going to be the 5th owner and why is it showing a red caution on hpi as imported!

I was alarmed and paid for an hpi to see vehicle history myself bearing in mind this car was bought from Bridgend and was reputed by them to be 2 owners, car was registered in Ireland then bought by Bridgend who registered themselves as keepers to change reg number to make it look like UK car....none of this information was disclosed at any time, I immediately phoned Bridgend ayr and spoke to Stewart the salesman who sold car to son, his response was, I had no idea about car coming from Ireland!

And admitted car was sold as 2 owners but at this point was actually 3 owners, he said Bridgend Group would purchase car back but offered a max J4200 and that's them doing my son a FAVOUR, so 3 months later car lost value of nearly J4000. My son and I feel completely ripped off and were amazed by the fact that not only did Bridgend do nothing to remedy situation of being MISOLD a car with false history but they also refused to answer any of my questions.
