Bought an I3 from Stratstone Tyneside and was provided fantastic customer service by Louis. The whole process was seamless and every effort was made to make it stress-free and straightforward. The car was a very reasonable price and a good price for part-exchange was a big bonus. I can't recommend them enough and especially Louis for his customer-oriented approach throughout.

My experience with Stratstone MINI Tyneside has been excellent and would highly recommend them. I was looking at purchasing a Mini which was over 4 hours away from my home address, which could've been a daunting experience - but Paul Martin was fantastic and made the process as easy as possible for me! Paul made sure that the car I was interested in was everything I was looking for in a car and was always emailing me with updates and videos of the car - which I had requested for.

Even when I didn't have all the correct admin documents, Paul still managed to sort everything out for me as quick as possible. When I received my new car, it was such an exciting experience and was even better than what I had imagined. What I have been most impressed with the most is the fact that Paul has kept in touch with me after the purchase of the car to see how I'm getting on.

I first met Louis Do in the showroom last year, Louis spent considerable time and effort in finding me a deal for a new X3. He beat any other dealership with complete transparency and honesty. Visited the showroom today with a view to buying a new or nearly new Z4. I recently bought a BMW from Stratstone BMW Tyneside and would like to share my 5 star experience. From beginning to the end of this very smooth process I was looked after by Philippe. Communication was perfect, everything explain very clear and always on time. I received all informations about the car plus lots of pictures and videos. I travelled to pick up the car myself and Philippe was waiting for me by the station, showing me some nice parts of the town on the way back to the dealership.

The car was ready for me, all clean and with full tank of fuel for my travel back. As I was travelling with my dog. Philippe made sure there is water available and an extra chair. Now few weeks later I still have the best service from Stratstone BMW and Philippe who is answering and resolving any question I have. I really wish every purchase of the car would be on this level. I have been looking to get a new car for many months. When I phoned the car dealership, Mr Louis Do was immediately available to help me. I did not want put a deposit to reserve the car because I wasn't local, however Louis did everything to keep it booked just for me until I made my mind up and decided to go ahead. Louis went above and beyond to make sure the car was mine.

He never called me or pressured me to sale the car. Always available, polite and professional. Mostly important, happy to discuss anything. He made a personalised video of the car for me. Managed to get paperwork and MOT as well as All checks in less than 1,5 day due to being on holiday. He also scheduled a Saturday evening collection even if it wasn't possible. 100% recommended the car dealership, but 200% recommend to deal with Louis at the Stratstone BMW Tyneside!
