Excellent service from start to finish when purchasing my new car. The sales staff could not have been any more helpful and help made the whole process as painless as possible. The handover process was amazing where I was given a full induction to the car. Could not recommend enough.

What a great team and experience at Cambridge Garage Havant! From purchasing my vehicle to delivery and then handover, Nathan went above and beyond for me - I couldn't fault his service, it was impeccable! Even ordering in parts from Sweden on an overnight to ensure they came in time to get my car to me as quickly as possible. Megan spent over an hour with me on handover running through the vehicle and setting the car up for me personally so when I left the garage the settings were all as I wanted them, along with a comprehensive understanding of how my car worked. Would thoroughly recommend and will be purchasing any new vehicles with them in the future but hopefully not soon, as very happy with my purchase.

Based on their reviews, the decision was made to travel 500 miles to buy a used Volvo from Cambridge Garage. I received fantastic assistance from James, Ross and Tommy during my initial queries and on the day of collection. The car was very well presented and I wasn't allowed to leave the garage until the workshop had resolved (replaced the parts) a 'noise' from the gas struts in the boot, which the mechanics had picked up themselves.

A full car familiarisation was given before I headed off on the 500 mile return journey home. A great decision to buy a Volvo and an even better one buying from Cambridge Garage!

Recently purchased my Volvo C40 Pro on subscription. The whole process was so easy, many thanks to Nathan who was so helpful and informative. Everything went as planned and I picked up the car on the day, the whole thing took a few minutes. Nathan was very professional. Next to help was Meghan. She helped set the car up with my profiles so that the car was synced to my phone and iPad.

After going through what the car can do and pointing out the features available to me it was ready for me to drive, she was very knowledgable. I've had it coming up to 4 weeks now and I'm very impressed with it. My only issue, which will hopefully be resolved soon, is the app. With my previous car, the XC40, the app could be used for all sorts, from planning a trip using the map or to the car telling me it was unlocked. No such help from the C40 app, it's very basic, such a shame.

Purchasing my Volvo V40 and the handover of my old vehicle was a very positive process very professionally handled by Mike. The very best part and something I have never experienced before, is the very patient and comprehensive walk through of all service offers in the car. So I drove away with not only mirrors in the right place, perfect heat settings, the ability to find reverse, but a really clear understanding of the sat nav, and my phone set on blue tooth. Excellent free service which came as a delightful surprise. Massively appreciated.

Really impressed with Cambridge Garage Havant- Volvo Cars! They have been professional, informative, helpful and kind. Their handover service is excellent! We are not local so have had their amazing product specialist introduce us to the car and all that it can do, over a few booked in phone calls. She has been kind patient and has given us all the time we needed to get to know the car, which we are thrilled with! We would highly recommend this garage!

Picked my XC40 r design pro up from them a month ago. My first ever Volvo. The service from start to finish was superb. They kept me well informed of progress and very friendly service. They hand over was very informative they went though all the systems of the car and set them up for me. The sales guy was called Ross Stanton and he was fantastic knew what he was doing and very friendly. Thank you very much I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Although I didn't purchase my Volvo from Cambridge cars, I have always had it serviced here. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years and this one ranks at the very top. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, courteous and friendly. Their communication is excellent and you get a real sense of an honest and reliable business that just wants to do the best for their customers.

A truly great experience delivering 'Mission Impossible'. I had been trying to buy a new XC60 for a couple of months and had been to three other Volvo dealers before I met James at Cambridge Garage. All had told me the same - 6 months waiting list. Whilst the car I originally went to see wasn't quite what I wanted, James put in the effort to see if he could get a better match.

He located another car with Volvo that hadn't been confirmed as sold and set about securing it. Less than 3 weeks later I took delivery! It wasn't just getting the car though, the whole buying experience was outstanding - I was kept fully informed and nothing was too much trouble. The hand over experience was the best I have ever encountered and Nathan gave me a great intro to the Car.

But it didn't stop there. I had a few more questions the next day about the Car and was introduced to Megan - the Product Specialist. She answered all my queries and spent time helping me get the best from the car's features. Nothing has been too much trouble. By the way the car gets five stars too.
