Lovely small Kia garage, good sales and no pressure, pleasure to have a test drive of the amazing EV6.

Bought a Volvo XC60 last Monday. The salesman Leigh was extremely pleasant and there was no pressure to buy at all. Did the deal with a slight discount and picked the car up last Saturday and on arrival back home found a problem with the battery. Phoned Leigh who said he would order a new battery on Monday and I had it fitted on Wednesday took about 20 minutes. All in all a very pleasant experience and would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely go back next time I want another car

First class from start to finish. Visited here as my son was interested in a VW Golf they had for sale. Made an appointment, was offered a test drive and was given a competitive offer on a trade in. We noticed the car had some small stone chips which were dealt with before purchase. Perfect. Everything went smoothly from start to end and we certainly would buy a car from here again.

Cold starting diagnosis, and glow plug replacement, very professional, from the receptionist to the guy who took my payment, and very reasonable aswell, great service 11 out of 10 for me

Having bought my car from here 12 months previously, I was back for its 1st service. The staff are friendly and efficient, the inside and outside, clean and tidy, as it should be. When booking in I was told where to find the drinks if I needed one and pointed in the general direction of the waiting area which had plenty of seats available, although I would have liked to have seen differing heights to suit short and tall people and maybe something a little more comfortable as they do cause one to wriggle a bit after sitting on them for a while!

My one niggle is Carr and Griffiths do not offer a pick up and return service despite the fact that the journey can easily be done in under 30 minutes, less when the roads are not so busy. The VW and Mini dealerships in Shrewsbury both offer this service and they are an hour away from where I live - something for Carr and Griffiths to think about, I would suggest! Other than that I am happy with them.

Fantastic people that always supply a solution and help you as much as possible. Very honest and straight forward sales team, and a great place to buy a new or used car. The service department are knowledgeable and supportive for hassle free motoring.

Been using Carr and Griffiths for over 10 years now. Excellent service every time we've been in. My wife and I have 9 cars in this time, all great cars, with even better service.
