The service and communication from all departments from Sales to Technical Support & After Sales - Attila and the Workshop has been fantastic. The very busy Service Department has helped us at short notice where possible and Roy pulled off a miracle for us recently and managed to get our heating working the day before we were going away! Extremly good communication throughout the sales process, with advice for upgrades such as security devices, reversing aids etc(not pushed onto us, but just sensible options that we hadn't really thought about).An exellent handover on our unfamiliar new van. Traded in my 17 year old motorhome, which we had owned for 14 years against a new Auto-Sleeper. Never saw the new van until the day we picked it up due to covid. We agreed a part-ex price going on my honest description and what issues I was aware of. Got there on the day and our new motorhome was beautifully presented. We were given a full and thorough handover, Peter, Attila and Narinder were brilliant to deal with and unfortunately our old van had a couple of issues we weren't aware of.

We were kept waiting for a little while like some other reviewers mentioned, but then you can't do a thorough habitation check in a few minutes. They identified an area of damp and showed us exactly what it was. I thought "here we go", but an estimate was given for cost and they offered to go half on the cost. Unusually I came out of the dealership feeling happy rather than feeling like I'd been fleeced.

Top class from start to finish and an A1 experience. I have a minor snagging list, which is genuinely minute compared to what I was expecting with a new van, , but again James who handles the warranty work etc has been spot on, with no attempt whatsoever to avoid dealing with the minor aspects that need sorting. Would I use Nick Whale again? Absolutely, I bought blind and at 70k you could say it was a gamble, but they have 100% delivered.

A company that, in my experience, "goes the extra mile". A technical problem with our motorhome was dealt with professionally, courteously and, most importantly, promptly. Warranty Advisor James Aston worked minor miracles to get the work scheduled within a few days, while Shaun, who carried out the work, kept us appraised at every stage throughout, as well as providing valuable advice drawn from his wealth of experience. Customer service par excellence.

An extremely positive experience throughout. Helpful and informed sales staff, who left us to browse freely without any pressure - and gave us very useful advice. A terrific support team, who led us through a detailed and thorough handover, demonstrating all aspects of our new vehicle and - importantly - were there for us when we had a couple of minor snags, ensuring these were promptly and effectively dealt with (a BIG 'thank you' to James). A top class dealership - fully recommended.

Great buying experience. From first contact all the way through sale, handover and aftersales. Had a little problem sorted by James and workshop quickly and smoothly. Nothing too much trouble for this fantastic team. Already looking to upgrade. Looks like they are stuck with me as a customer now. I think they have now set the bar too high for another dealership to compete and take my business. Would 100% recconend.

On the whole, Excellent Service. The only negative point we experienced was a trade in figure was agreed by a salesman at the dealership who inspected our old "day" camper van we put in part exchange against one of their IH van conversion motorhomes. When we later visited to sign the finance agreement and collect our chosen motorhome, the salesman then announced he wanted more deposit money from us.

The salesman had as much time looking over our part exchange as we took in looking at different models. We almost decided not to proceed with the sale, but a compromise was reached and we purchased our IH. Aside from that, the service from the staff has been fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help with either advice or technical support and work. (We've returned our van on a couple of occasions for modifications, and their work has always been first class).

We would have no reservations in recommending this dealership to anyone who was thinking about buying a motorhome and we're always checking out their website dreaming of an upgrade! We certainly intend to return when finances allow.
