Our first contact with the dealership was a positive experience as we dealt with Natalie Bryant who was knowledgeable and came over as a empathetic person who was sensitive to our needs. As soon as we saw the beautifully presented car we knew it was the one for us. The hand-over was smooth and informative as Natalie answered all of our questions in a way that we could easily understand.
We feel that Natalie is an asset to the company and we wouldn't hesitate to go to this dealership again. The staff in the showroom all seemed very friendly and helpful and we left with a very good impression overall.

We saw a Peugeot 308sw advertised at Startin of Worcester. I called to view the car and spoke to Natalie. She was very polite and friendly and arranged a viewing and test drive for the car just an hour later. We were greeted by Natalie both professionally and politely. She ran through all of the details of the vehicle and allowed us to go for a lengthy test drive unaccompanied.
The test drive went well and Natalie negotiated a very fair deal for the vehicle which included a full 12 month Peugeot warranty for peace of mind. We were very happy with the service provided by Natalie and would highly recommend anybody needing a Peugeot to visit Natalie at Startin Worcester for a 10 out of 10 service.

My partner purchased a used Peugeot from Startin Worcester. Lisa who dealt with us was professional & very helpful. The handover was very quick when we collected the new vehicle. We were impressed that Lisa had come in to work on a bank holiday & her day off to get our new vehicle sorted for us. All the staff working were friendly & very helpful. From talking to Natalie on the phone, going to meet her in person the customer service was amazing. She arranged a test drive for us and sorted all our paperwork while we were out enjoying the car so on arrival everything was so quick and professional. New car ordered in August 2021 Natalie was patient with what we wanted and needed. Chris supported her in giving us a fantastic offer as we are long standing customers - 5th car with them now! We have had to wait a long time but through no fault of Peugeot. Picked the car up March 1st 2022 with new plates which we had a large selection to choose from. Well worth the wait. I today collected my new car from Natalie Bryant at Peugeot. The service she has provided me with has been brilliant from the very start. She worked hard to get me the car I wanted within my budget, explaining things and answering my questions quickly along the way. I turned up today on a rainy Wednesday having been stuck in awful traffic to collect my new car and was met with a smiling face with quick but thorough service. Absolutely fabulous service end to end. Natalie Bryant was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process of buying a new car completely stress free. There was never any pressure to buy and she was always honest about the expected delivery date. She over delivered in every way. Even when we took ownership of the car her after sales service has been great always answering my questions promptly. I thoroughly recommend this car dealership.
