The service and parts department are great. Very helpful. However. The sales team are very rude. I felt like I wasn't meant to be there. I didn't get my car In the end because of this. Wouldn't recommend.

Great dealership and Dave was awesome. Bought my sons first car from here and it was by far the best experience of purchasing a car in my 30 years of buying cars. After seeing the car on auto trader we visited, where dave gave us the keys and left us to it. After the test drive my son agreed to purchase the car. Everything Dave said would be done was done.

Fresh MOT and service along with other bits which took a week. Picked the car up and it looked Iike a brand new car, Dave was great and explained everything to my son on pick up. Cannot complain about anything and would definitely recommend. This dealership is now on my radar for my next purchase even though its over an hour away. We purchased a Ford Kuga in July, our sales executive Dave Comboy informed us of some faults with the vehicle prior to the sale of which they were not aware of, it was repaired to a high standard and Dave kept us informed of the progress at all times, when I collected the vehicle it was presented to a very high standard and Dave was very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership given my experience. Great service

I brought my ford focus from Cliff Dickenson, cant fault the customer service. I had a slight issue after buying my car but Chris was very good at sorting this out for me, I was given a courtesy car and had my car delivered back to me when it was ready as I live a fair distance from the garage. Part exchanging my car was easy and I was given a fair price to pay off my remaining finance. Very pleased with my new car and the experience at Cliff Dickenson. Thank you all.

In the last 20 years I have bought several cars from Cliff Dickenson, new and used, Ford and other. They have excellent customer service both in sales and the service department. They have done all my servicing and MOTs on my Fords. All work has been done very professionally, with no issues. They are a very friendly family run business and very knowledgeable. They like to go the extra mile with their customer service.

Excellent customer service - don't wash their hands of problems when warranty just expired. Their used car guarantees are also really good - any problems sorted. Bought 2 new and 2 used cars from here over the past 7-8 years and will carry on doing so.

I had my old reliable Honda for 7 years and only wanted to get a new car for more space. The transaction of part exchanging and buying a used car was very quick and hassle free. Once i'd taken the car home and found a couple of things that weren't to my satisfaction the after sales was amazing; problems fixed when convenient to me and I had a courtesy car in the meantime.

One sticking point that i thought might have me return the car was met with great customer service again and has left an excellent lasting impression. I would not hesitate to go get my next car from here. Thank you Darren and Chris

Used to have my service done by them, this is by the way a genuine review., and my car got damaged 3 times. Each time of the other 2 times it was a battle on one off them times for them to take responsibility on what they done. But this 3rd time they refused to repair the damage on returning my car. They said show me how we did it. Yet when on returning my car after they brought it back I hadn't used it and on my drive.

So now I refuse too use them anymore and taking my services to a new garage. So beware to check vehicles on returning. I put a photograph of the damage on here but it was removed showing the mark they have removed.
