Would not recommend this place to anyone. My partner was in the process of purchasing a car and had an awful experience. They did not process the paperwork correctly, made him wait multiple hours for the paperwork to be completed, had to fill in missing pieces that the sales agent had no clue over. The sales agent named: Stewart duff did not treat him nicely or cordial in any way, no respectful customer service.

His intention was just to make commission and it was very clear from the second he first met him. My boyfriend looked past this as he just wanted to buy a car, however 2 months since having the car the exhaust completely broke, my partner uses this car 3x/week (maybe less than that). I feel that the company has sold him a faulty car, no matter how many test they claim to do, we feel that they brushed this aside.

We took the car to a mechanic and he was shocked as to the condition of it, there's no way that it would've been broken by us driving it because as said previously he barely uses it. It almost happened overnight, I feel like they might've done something to temporarily fix the car and then sell it. However they are very unreliable and do not trust this company whatsoever.

Fords of Winsford were great because of their no-nonsense approach to business. There is no pressure whatsoever to buy any vehicle. You can spend as much time as you need to view any vehicle and if you want a closer look at a particular vehicle, they will provide a key, for you to access. Again you are left to view and access with no salesperson in attendance. I both sold a vehicle to and bought a vehicle from Fords of Winsford. I was happy with the both the price received and paid.

I'd recommend Fords of Winsford as they were very professional and importantly I didn't feel rushed into buying the wrong car for me. I was very happy with my purchase and they went above and beyond to be helpful and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this company and highly recommend this company who have a fabulous choice of cars to suit all needs.

Absolutely brilliant, a nice refreshing way to buy a car, the sales people aren't pushy and you don't feel bullied into buying something that has just come in. I saw a couple of cars that I was interested in at FOW, so I decided it would be worth it to make the 1.5 hour drive to Winsford, especially after seeing the positive reviews. I was greeted at the main reception and given a stock list detailing the available cars and their locations with a handy map of the 'forecourt'. I told the person at reception which particular cars I was interested in so she found them on the system and wrote down the vrm's for me to take the 'key desk' where they gave me the keys to the vehicles and left me to go and take a good look at them myself.

There's plenty of staff around if you have any questions which is great. There was no pushy sales techniques and the whole process of buying my new car was very easy. Everything was explained to me and they also offered a great trade-in price for my old car (the highest I had been offered after getting 3 or 4 valuations elsewhere). The experience at Fords of Winsford was great because Darrel Lewis did a great job of selling the vehicle to us. He showed a professional approach to us and gave us time to discuss in private. There was work required which took ages for the work and updates were only given if I chased. I have two feedbacks 1) I am not sure the car has been polished and treated as we paid for, as there are lots of swirls still showing, others who have had this treatment had a better finish. I will be washing the car this weekend so will know for sure when I see how the water runs off 2) The inside was dirty and grimy as it had not been cleaned.

We found the car we wanted online. Contacted FOW and Liam Flynn took us through the buying and part exchange process with ease and credibility. We were concerned about buying a car from some where we did not know and four hours away, but did not need to worry. Liam was very helpful when we first contacted him, over the next few days online and on the phone and when we turned up at FOW to look at and purchase the car.

Came to look around as had a lot of cars in stock. Was not pressured by the sales team. I was free to look on my own, the staff were Very helpful, lots of staff around should you need help thou. I found a car i liked. Unfortunately tests drives are still not happening but you do have 2 weeks or 500 miles to test the car, if you are not happy you can take it back.

I did find a car and went to collect a few days later. collection was seamless no problems. Also no pressure to get the extras, Every where was clean hand gel and masks were available to use. i would recommend a look around. Thank you Jack Wilkinson,

Monday 26th June just arrived home from a great holiday and before I turned the key I knew my Citreon was not going to start RAC again 4th battery in 18 months. Then the short drive to Fords of Winsford just across the road from the Trafford Centre, issued at reception with a typed listing of the cars by the nice receptionist and invited to walk around a great big car park full of used cars and mark off what we would like to view and told if we needed any assistance just say.

Half an hour or so we have marked off a few cars gone back to reception and told we could have the keys for up to 3 cars at a time to go and sit in them and check them out and then we could if we wanted take any of them for a test drive, half an hour later took 2 sets back and said I just wanted one more set to check out this car I had seen and quite liked at the rear end of the park the keys we had for the ford fiesta were in my hand and thought that was probably the car we would buy, until I sat in this Vauxhall Insignia my wife in the passenger seat looked at me and we both said yes please.

Back to reception and a nice young guy called Adam got the documents and we took the car for a test drive, an hour later with the words you can pick it up in four days on Friday 30th June, 3 weeks later and I am still smiling every time I open that car door for another drive to work or at weekends a couple of trips out with my wife. Adam and Fords of Winsford thank you so much for such a smooth transaction and in 40+ years of driving the best car I have ever owned.

If ever purgatory exists, it could well be Fords Of Winsford on a super rainy Saturday afternoon, with a screaming 2 year old in tow and knowing the clock is ticking before they shut - also knowing that you want to make a purchase and decide on a car so as you never have to come here again! But apart from that snapshot into my private life and issues, dealing with FOW was actually very smooth.

With 1500 cars on sale you bomb around looking at them from a giant book - choose a couple you like the look of, grab the keys from the main building, have a look around them, take your chosen one for a test drive and they try your best to play hard ball. At the end of the day I probably would have paid double what they wanted just to be able to go home but we got a good price and it fitted in with our valuation with research.

We did actually have to go back 5 days later to collect the car once they'd got it ready, we'd got our insurance and tax sorted etc - and now we're the proud owners of a pimped out black Ford C-max - a car that isn't full scale family wagon but still does a job for 2 kids and means you haven't fully given up in life on aesthetics and stylistic principles. We also look a bit like the A-team when we turn up to the supermarket now - I really need to get the mohican sorted next.!

We have been to fow a couple of times to look for a new car and we enjoyed the whole experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, although our favourite is a gentleman called Malcolm (sorry can't remember his surname) but he is lovely, makes you feel very relaxed and isn't pushy at all. There is a huge range of vehicles to choose from, from makes to models. There is a cafe there but it isn't that great for food but the drinks are fine.

If you want to visit a car showroom without being harrassed by annoying salesmen then visit FOW! This place is huge, impressive and extremely organised. You drive in, park up and give the keys to a member of staff who gives a fair valuation on your car while you're left to peruse the hundreds of cars they have for sale to suit all budgets. If you spot a car you wish to see a little closer then you make your way to the sales office, give in a few personal details and you're handed the keys, still no salesman on your tail unless you request one.

You make your way to your car of choice and under no pressure are left to check out the interior, start the engine, try out the gadgets, look under the bonnet (if you're a man). Should you wish to purchase the car then's the time for the salesman who you still have to request, there's absolutely no hassle from them at all which I think is fantastic! I've bought 3 cars from FOW and each time I've found an amazing deal, been dealt with swiftly by their staff who are easy to talk to, no Mr Smart Ass comments that car salesmen are usually famous for.

If I've spotted a fault after driving my purchase away FOW are more than helpful in fixing the problem however I must point out the problems I've experienced have been small. I have no idea why other car sales companies don't follow in Fords of Winsfords winning formula - I personally wouldn't go anywhere else for a used car again!

This place was recommended to us when we wanted to upgrade from a small car to a family car.
