Bought a Fiesta here which was 5 years old and lasted us 7 years before we sold it on. They didn't however fix the heated front windscreen which they said they would do - which was a shame and why it is 4/5

Would avoid this place at all costs took them four attempts to replace my heated front screen after finally getting done and working the screen surround was left lose. That was after them claiming the screen was not part of the warrenty

I would like to say that this fiesta car showroom is one of the best, ive been too, i bought a ford fiesta titanium back in may 2017. its the best car that iv ever bought, ive had no problems with it. the staff at fiesta world are very friendly and know what they on about on selling cars, having being ripped off with halfords in grays, i will alawys go back to steve at Fiesta world in Grays essex, keep up the great work guys!
