In 1997 we released the Prius, the world's first mass-produced hybrid passenger vehicle. At launch, the first-generation Prius had a fuel efficiency rating of 28.0 km/L and came with the tagline: "Just in time for the 21st century." Today we offer 4 different electrified powertrains and plan to build 40 new or updated electric vehicles by 2025 to reduce or remove tail-pipe emissions entirely.
Services
On the day you'll be met by a Toyota host, who will welcome you and take a quick glance at your driving licence. Your host will drive first, taking you to a suitable location for your turn at the wheel. Then you can enjoy the Toyota driving experience at your own pace, asking any questions you might have along the way (or afterwards if you prefer).
For help with payments, your Toyota Finance agreement or queries regarding Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). From finance offers to booking test drives - and more, Toyota's fleet services team can help. A certificate issued by a vehicle manufacturer as evidence that a vehicle complies with a range of standards including enviromental and safety regulations.
Indemnities may be required. Taking a monthly payment break defers those monthly payments to the end of the agreement extending the term accordingly. Payment breaks should not be taken to address financial difficulties. To qualify for the Motability Scheme, you must be in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP), War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).

I bought a Toyota from this dealership, from my first call to leaving with the car, the sevice was amazing. The saleswoman, Zusana, was very helpful, professional and polite. The car was exactly as she described and was very honest, which is hard to by car dealerships these days. The service team were also amazing. I highly recommend.

After a rather poor experience with another Toyota main dealer I decided to make an appointment with the Waterlooville branch. On arrival I was greeted by Zuzanna with a bright smile and "hello Mr Lewis". This was a great start and it just continued. I ended up spending more than anticipated but got a great deal and picked up the car (in immaculate condition) the same day. Zuzanna was perfect, interested, interesting, polite and knows everything about the cars. I am one very proud owner of a CH-R. Thank you for a great experience and I love the car.

Came in with my dad after going to other (less helpful) dealers. Was met by Zuzanna within seconds of entering the dealership having booked an appointment. She was friendly, chatty and made it feel like the experience you'd want when spending a lot of money. Dealership was extremely clean and modern with comfortable waiting area too. All-in-all was so good, after a short test drive (where the car exceeded expectations for quality, comfort and performance), ended up buying, paying for and collecting the car the same day - which I don't think we've done before. This dealer is a textbook example of what should happen when buying a car, will be coming back in the future. They rightfully have outstanding overall reviews.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and special. From the bright smiles, the fresh coffee, the beautiful cars and great service all made me feel at ease. I was given time to think and suggestions were made related to my situation. After a test drive and some negotiating, I ended up driving home in my stunning new Toyota CHR. I've had it a week now and know what most of the buttons do! I can highly recommend speaking to Zuzanna who made my purchase a very pleasant experience.

The whole process from ordering my new car to delivery was dealt with friendly and professional care at every stage. All stages were fully explained and I was kept fully informed of progress. All of my queries were answered to my satisfaction and when promised a phone call or email back they were always actioned promptly. A most excellent customer service experience, not very common these days from many companies, and no excuses blaming Covid. Very well done.

I had my car serviced today and what a great experience it was, from booking in to paying the bill absolutely excellent. We have 7 Toyotas within the family and would not use another main dealer Chris the service manager has assembled a fantastic team from the technicians to the service advisers always very friendly, informative and honest. The complementary video health check and service wash are a great touch See you again next year

Extremely happy with the service I received. Car went in for some warranty work and some software updates. I was given a text reminder of my appointment and a courtesy call the day before. I was also given regular updates as to how the car was progressing and a realistic expectation as to when the car will be ready. Going in my car was filthy due to wintry conditions on the road, it came back to me immaculate and like new. Super happy!

Great service and friendliness from the team. I had an issue with my vehicle and got in touch with the After Sales department. The team were prompt to get me booked in and assess the vehicle. Due to the nature of the fault, it was thoroughly assessed by the master technician alongside me, where I was able to highlight the issue in real time driving.
My vehicle was left with Snows Waterlooville for a couple of days whilst they fixed it, they also loaned me a car for a few days. Issue now fully resolved. Would highly recommend based on my experience.

Superb service from start to finish. There were 2 cars we had interested in, Mark was great he did videos of both before we visited and after test driving and deciding to purchasing one of them we were kept up dated throughout the whole purchase experience with additional videos and emails. Mark demonstrated the cars systems and linked our phones before we drove off. Would I buy a further car from Mark at Snows is a definite YES.

I purchased my car from Snows Toyota Waterlooville. I had seen Kevin recommended on an owners club as a good and useful contact at the dealership and the recommendation was correct. From initial enquiries to ownership of the car, and beyond Kevin has keep me updated, talked through the buying process and treated me like a customer of years. I've not had great experiences of main dealers in the past but this has smashed my view and I would happily purchase again from him.
