Initially during business ventures, where company cars have been prerequisite to company expansion, after trials with various models of that ilk, Ford always came out on top. However, now with our more modest life-style, the luxury cars definitely are gone and so we now are enjoying our Fords on a more personal basis.Until 2020 we believed that although Cutts have always had a good reputation, this can be judged by the fact that almost all the Principals of the local competition were actually trained by F.W. Cutts & Co. all seving their apprenticeships there, we believed that the Company would be too "pricey" for us.

In today's world of multinational conglomerates and faceless superstores it's wonderful still to be able to deal with a real family business. In 1919, Bill (F.W.) Cutts, having served in France in the First War as an aircraft engineer, secured employment as a chauffeur/mechanic at The Noel Arms Hotel, Chipping Campden following an engineering background in Nottingham.
I just wanted to send a note to the manager of the service department of Cutts to let them know how grateful I was on Monday morning of this week to Mike (mechanic) and the chap on reception (sorry I can't remember his name) who so kindly agreed to look at the wheel on my car at such short notice. I used to live in Blockley and had my car serviced at Cutts when I was there and I now holiday In Campden whenever I can.
Our technicians are all fully trained to Ford standards and have vast experience of all makes and models. The workshop has all the latest Ford diagnostic equipment, and a full set of special tools for working on the latest Ford engines. Our workshop has its own quality control procedures, and we also have regular RAC inspections to verify the quality of our work.

My son purchased a superb car from Cutts back in December 2019. It really was fantastic. As the the car only had one key. Cutts ordered a 2nd key and gave it to my son when he picked it up. Julian said that if my son got it programmed Cutts would pay. Due to Covid -19 the key never did get programmed. A couple of weeks ago my son broke his only key.
I took it to a garage and had the new key coded. Half expecting to be told it's too late, I rang Cutts and to my surprise got through to Julian. Not only did he remember the car and the key, he did not hesitate to agree to foot the bill. This is what I call exceptional service that deserves an acknowledgement. Thank you Julian.

I'm all about credit where credit is due but when something atrocious happens, I think I need to warn others in the hopes it doesn't happen again. I took my car to Cutts of Campden for a service ( because I'd been with them for 5 years and trusted them ) and the dash cam caught them slagging me off and speeding 10 miles over the speed limit when. they took her for a test drive.
Yes I complained and went the right way about it all but I am less then happy of the dismissive and shrug shoulder attitude I was faced with by the owner/manager. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

I bought a car from this dealership recently and I was very impressed with the overall service. The sales team were very friendly, professional and helped me greatly throughout the process.
