After buying a vechicle from here and was told it had been serviced before we bought it Have had to wait nearly 5 months and have had to ring and chase about a service book for the vechicle and have been given an excuse every time and not rung back or contacted lost count of the amount of phone calls and messages left poor customer service as paper work was not in order when we picked the vechicle up and suspect vechicle to have not been serviced. Would NOT recommend.

Had a problem with the RAC warranty I purchased with my car- dealership more than helpful and although they were not officially obliged to help me, they offered me a goodwill gesture that helped me resolve my issues and gave me back some confidence in dealing with a locally owned garage group, who go out of their way to offer outstanding customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service from Curtis one of the sales team members. My wife has had a terrible family tragedy so did not want to come with me to pick up the car but she was so happy she did. The experience put a smile on her face and they had also got her a bunch of flowers. Well done to all at Speedwell and I will see you when my service is due.
