These guys haven't got a clue. Supposed Volvo specialists?! Kim tried to claim my car had lost compression and needed the whole head taking apart at a cost of at least 400 without even doing a simple compression test before they would even carry out the work I had booked in for them to do (change aux belt kit)! When I questioned this, Kim simply would not give me a justifiable answer. Took my car to another Volvo indy who done a simple compression test for my piece of mind and confirmed there was no leaking and that MR King were trying to pull a fast one! Had the aux belt kit replaced as requested (that's all that needed doing!) and car is spot on as it should be! Honestly, avoid these cowboys!

Great customer service, poor handling of vehicle. The worker left my car in 1st gear, so naturally it jolted forward when I tried to leave. They will always suggest to replace the entire DPF filter on your car because they don't provide a DPF cleaning service, even if it will cost far less money and complete the job just as well. Also the price of the inspection did not include VAT, so I was surprised at checkout with an extra 12 on top of what I already owed.

I bought a second hand Jeep Cherokee from Halesworth MR KING 12th Feb 2015 for 6000.00 and returned it on the 19th Feb 2015, due to a loss of power to vehicle, whilst both towing and independently. After many checks and drives it was eventually sent to Norwich Holdens after a week, to look into on 20th Feb 2015. I have been told they have been waiting for various checks and parts, I was told it was being returned to me on 27th Feb, it was driven back to Halesworth where again it failed and was returned to Norwich.
Car returned to me 11th March with more rattles than it started with, a hideous smell and total lack of confidence from me, for both the car and the company. All along this process I have asked for my money back, I have been given a car to use, however to start with it was a Peugeot 3008 which will not tow, then a Volvo which could not due to height of vehicle and then an older Land Rover, which could tow but had various issues too.
I have now been given a refund, after three weeks of requests, and now I have to wait up to another 5 working days for it to clear. I paid instantly to them, I have waited four weeks for the car to be repaired. I bought the car in good faith and believe I have been more than accommodating. I feel I have been treated poorly. The stress related to this has been unbelievable.
To be constantly chasing for updates except from one guy Robert, who has been brilliant, not able to sort the car out but brilliant if he said he was ringing back he did, unlike many others I have dealt with. I have asked for compensation and still not received any. On returning the loan car, I was treated like I had actually done something wrong myself.
This should have been dealt with quicker and in a more professional way. Today I have rung to find out what is going on and yet again been told to ring back. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid instantly why do they not refund the same way. It would have given me faith in the company if they did an automatic transfer.
