I ordered carry out on Mother's Day. I got veggie fried rice, chicken and beef fried rice, veggie spring roll, chicken chow fun, and Sui Mai. Our order was $72. My boyfriend went to pick up the order. He came home it was not the right order. Come to find out there was another Jack that had carry out also. My boyfriend said they said his phone number but gave him the wrong order.

I called the restaurant to have them make our food fresh. The person on the phone said they would remake it. He goes back to get the right order and brings it back. The chicken and beef fried rice was cold and the meat was chewy and the rice was dry. It seemed like they just recooked the same rice. The only thing that was hot was the chow fun. This by far was the nastiest Chinese food I have ever had. I threw both fried rice in the trash. What a waste of $72. I will not go back. If I could give it a zero I would.

Bo Lings was average in terms of flavor. However, the carry out service, customer service, portion sizing and proteins are better than average. I was impressed with the amount and the quality of proteins used in the dishes. Though the dishes are on the pricier end of the spectrum, the ingredients justify the price.

Our favorite chinese restaurant! My mom and I love BoLings. Our favorite restaurant for dim sum, shrimp funn rolls, roast duck, barbecue pork bunns, chicken feet, and egg custards. Their black bean onion ginger steam oyster is out of sight! We get cravings for their cucumber salad, tofu salad and pickled cabbage salad so yummy for vegetarians!

Went last Sunday, restaurant was slow so I was expecting my 1st visit here to be great. Nope, the only good service was from the owner. Ordered a drink and it came w/frozen ice and ice cubes and I was told no refunds but they can remake it, which confused me. Never had a double ice drink. Mind you it was my 1st time there, even told the waiter. He didn't recommend or ask questions, didn't even present my food no nothing. Told the manger her server has bad service and he came back and actually started arguing with me.

I would not recommend anyone going to this location or any of them since they're all connected. Told the manger again and nothing was done. I should have called the police. Couldn't give 0 stars

Great dim sum! The cucumber salad is a must! It was very refreshing and flavorful. The price was average. So not crazy expensive for a dish. They had other food menus too so lots of varieties to choose from. Not cart style which I prefer. As a matter of fact lots of places are turning to off the menu orders. (Not sure if it's because the environment we're in now a days) They were pretty fast bringing out the food items though. I'd definitely go back.

Today I experienced the worst service ever. The bartender did not acknowledge anyone sitting at the bar. All patrons had to go to her for service or a drink menu. The hostess staff has not been trained properly on how a seating rotation works. The majority of the restaurant sat empty with dirty tables and the hostess never left the front to assist with cleaning of the tables.

I spoke with the Owner who gave many excuses as to why things were going as they were. When we finally got to our table we were ignored and then another table was sat across from us and a sever came right away. I now live out of town and was looking forward to having Bo Lings but the way my service was tonight I will not be recommending this location at all.

A friend and I went to Bo Lings the other day. This friend had never had Chinese food before. Kevin, the waiter, was absolutely amazing with helping them choose what to eat and how.

Terrible service tonight, vegetarian served MEAT! My husband has been a vegetarian since a massive heart attack in May. Asked waitress what was the best vegetarian option, she made the suggestion, and that what was ordered. After halfway through eating the meal he noticed small bits of chewy material it is tofu. After confronting the waitress she confirmed it was meat!

They kept passing us along the management train until we got to the "store owner". All they did for us was comp his meal. Not to mention, they never brought our appetizer AND forgot the entree of one of our party members. What a joke of an establishment.

Dim Sum was such a fun experience! Covid has changed the way it goes so instead of carts you choose from each table orders from a menu. It took us listening to someone else's server to figure that out but it was still fun. Favorite was the pan fried pork buns and chive and shrimp dumplings. Least was the fundee mostly because the filling was almost non exist and rice wrappers have no real flavor. Get there early! We arrived at 1045, were seated at 1105. Place was packed by 1130.

Just came for the dim sum so my rating is just based on that. But everything was wonderful! They definitely had all the classics. And at a decent price. Dim sum is only weekends from like 11am-3pm I believe. But tasted great and good service!

Amazing Food and Service. It's hard to find genuine Cantonese Food these days and I strongly recommend coming for the Dim Sum. Sundays are usually pretty packed but Saturdays are pretty decent.

Phenomenal experience! Food was superb and so tasty! Best hot and sour soup I have had in a long time. The Sichuan dumplings and sauce were amazing. Soup dumplings and steak buns were also great. We also got the crispy beef and the DanDan noodles. Just go there it's worth it everything was perfect. Service was also top notch and attentive. Yum!

Great Asian food. The Chinese food options in KC aren't the best, but the Chinese food dishes at Bo Lings are amongst the best in the city. There's also something on the menu for every palette. The place is clean and very large so I've never had to wait too long for a table. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

We arrived for our reservation at 6 pm and hardly anyone was there yet. The one host was already overwhelmed and it took about 10 min to get a table. We ordered shortly afterward and it took over an hour to get our food. Apparently they were understaffed all the way around. I clearly ordered the sizzling chicken soup and they brought out the entree.

Then they said it would be an additional 15 minutes to make the soup. Didn't offer anything to make up for this error. Just said "sorry". Also my food was contaminated with gluten. Understaffed, overrated, not worth it.
