We were one of the first dealers in the area to see the potential in Japanese vehicles in the 1960's.
Since our company was started by Robert Wright back in 1927 we have had a vast experience with many forms of vehicle, as you can imagine things have changed a lot over the years. When the company began we sold bicycles, then a little later motorcycles, followed by Reliant 3 wheeled cars and finally 4 wheeled cars.

Do not buy a vehicle from here. They will not let you test drive the vehicle. I bought a vehicle from them and it broke down the first day. They fixed it. Then the real trouble started. Every thing under the hood went wrong that could. Spent thousands fixing it and fell behind on my payment, I couldn't work because the vehicle was not running and I spent 2 months out of the three I owned it fixing it. THEY DO NOT CARE! They will not defer a payment and they tacked on $3000 as soon as I signed the paper. Crooked.

This place will Rip You off!-Predatory lending practices. I paid down 1700 dollars on my 1st automobile. 1. Wright financed the full amount Then subtracted the 1700 as a payment. 2. My car, with air brakes- was in an accident. I aked Wright if he could fix it, he agreed and towed my car to his car lot. I paid 3 car payments before I was able to finally reach him and ask about my car.
He says, 'You need to make next month's payment. 3. I made the payment and he then he tells me he cannot fix it but I can pay it off and pay down on another car. 4. I request my car be returned to me to have it towed to a place to fix it. He tells me it's totalled. 5. He sues me for the balance and puts the wrong address on the supeona. I find out a year later, contact the law office who tells me it's too late. $7000.00 is added to the balance. 6.
I live out of state so I paid to clear my credit. Case was closed. 7. I just checked the VIN online and the car was sold to an out of state vendor at the time I was still making payments. DO NOT TRUST WRIGHTS MOTOR CO. As you can see- he has Chattanooga lawyers in his pocket. -Wrightlesscar

Good at getting you a car for the credit score you have, but I keep having issues with my car. To truck service also came to get my car when it wouldn't start, and pulled it on the truck without putting my car in neutral. The tires just kept spinning. So, that's probably something else I'll have to fix when I get it back. Gonna cost me $206 for them putting a new starter on it. I also asked once to "pick up a payment" on my next billing, and was pretty much told no. If I didn't need this car, I would have given it back by now.

I hadn't had a car in almost three months, I have way-less-than-perfect credit, but a steady job, and they financed a good vehicle for me in minutes. They even let me test drive it to the bank to get cash. They were extremely friendly and even put a new battery in the car before I left. Highly recommend them!

I've bought two cars through them. Other than the usual used car issues, I've had no issue with them. The salesman are very likeable and as long as you let them know what is going on they will work with you for months on end as long as you are making a good effort to make your payments. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone

My Daughter bought a car from them and it broke down not long after she got it. They came and towed the car some where and she never saw the car again. Several years later she received a letter and found out that they sold the car to someone else but they still expected her to pay for the car. They eventually sued her for the money. They had two people paying for the same OLD car. They're CROOKS. I don't recommend anyone to buy a car from them.
